The staff are amazing and helped us a lot! My parents are also in the same hotel, they were a great help when my dad fell and we got him admitted to the hospital… they’re so helpful and making sure everything is available for my dad to recover faster! Breakfast food is so delicious! If i didn’t have to go back for work or my daughter’s school, i would have extended our stay longer! We will definitely be coming back!

Mostly enjoyed this stay. It was January so the room was a bit cold. the hotel only has cooling, not heating. smoking is allowed inside the lobby, but that's many places. breakfast was very very good. area was safe and walkable. the street noise is a thing, but quiets after about 11pm.

The location of the hotel is excellent, which was a major plus. However, the hotel itself feels outdated, and the area can be quite noisy, which impacted our stay. This property is overpriced. Several 4 and five star hotels are only $20 to $40 more per night in the same area. Half the staff doesn’t speak English and always looking for tips including the security guards at the front door pretending to ask questions to protect tourist. The rooms are very large but need to be remodeled. We were a total of 8 people and we all have the same feedback.

Location is perfect for sightseeing, ATMs are 400 feet away (cheaper than the airport), room was clean and wonderful, bed was very comfortable, A/C was cold, staff were very friendly, and the breakfast had a wide selection. I most definitely staying there when I return to Cairo next year. And there is a convenience store open 24/7 within 500 feet. Most tour companies will pick you up from this hotel.
