Horrible. Trop de bruit. L appartement n est pas du toit isolé. On entend les gens qui passent dans la rue, les scooters. Bref on ne peut pas dormir. Dommage car l appartement est tres joli le couchage confortable. Nous sommes allés à la reception pour qu ils nous change d appartement. Heureusement ils nousbont trouvé un appartement nikel sans bruit. Merci à la réceptionniste.

This property is lovely for a weekend away in Barcelona. The building itself had an old feel but inside the apartment was modern and fresh. The facilities were great including shower kitchen and dining area, furthermore despite being an apartment staff still came in and cleaned over the weekend. Only downside would be the air con which seemed broken as if you had it on every twenty minutes it would make a really loud humming noise; making it uncomfortable when sleeping. The apartments are a street away from a square of bars and restaurants which was really convenient. Overall I had a really pleasant experience and would definitely recommend.

Das Appartement hat eine supertolle Lage in einem sehr interessanten Viertel. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Fußgängerzone.Von dort aus lässt sich die Stadt hervorragend erkunden. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gibt keinen Autoverkehr, allerdings ist nachts ist sehr viel los und am Wochenende sehr laut, da die Leute feiern. Aber ich würde trotzdem wieder hinfahren.

Spend your money elsewhere

Good Location was good, not too far from beach or Las Ramblas and it was a newish place. Bad Apartment for 4 people has one bedroom and rest were sofa beds, not clear on pictures or description. Not all apartments look the same and pictures are not one we stayed in although in same building. Ugly Checking in process is unneccessarily complicated including sending passport scans, codes on whatsapp etc and checking into another address which is 20 minutes away. EXTRA CHARGE if not between 3pm and 7pm which is absurd. When they cleaned after four days, they didn't leave any toilet or kitchen towel and one of the beds linen wasn't changed.

Apartment was in a good location. Close to local transport, restaurants and shops. Both the bedroom and bathroom were on the small side for a group of three. Showering was also an issue as the water went cold after some time. Overall an average apartment with average service. Not amazing for the price paid

Unico punto negativo la lontananza della reception (bisogna prendere la metro) che porta a qualche problema logistico con i bagagli, infatti non é possibile depositarli presso l'appartamento. 체크인 장소가 달라 불편했지만 체크인을 12시쯤 할수있게 배려해주었고 직원이 친절하다

가족 4명이 이곳 2-1호에서 12/28~31까지 3박을 머물렀다. 방2개, 화장실 1개, 주방겸거실이 있다. 메트로 L3 Fontana역에서 7분정도 걸으면 있다. 근처에서 버스를 타고 15분정도 가면 구엘공원앞에 내려줘서 무료로 이용했다.(오전8시이전 입장) 대우세탁기가 있어서 사용이 쉽고 편리했다 화장실도 깨끗하고 샤워부스도 넓다. 아침에 2명정도 샤워하면 따뜻한 물이 나오지 않아 불편했다. 문을 열고 들어갈때 곰팡이냄새가 심하게 나서 모든 창문을 열고 30분은 환기해 주어야 한다. 거실에 깔린 카페트에서 냄새가 나는듯하다. 카페트를 사용하지 않아야 한다 리셉션장소(오전 11시 오픈)는 L3 Liceu역 근처에 있어 따로 체크인을 하고 숙소로 이동해야 하지만 방이 청소되어 있다면 12시쯤 입실할 수 있게 배려해 준다. 와인1병을 선물로 줘서 맛있게 마셨다

Schönes Apartment in toller Lage

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Personen und blieben 8 Nächte. Das Apartment hat eine vernünftige Größe, wenn man dies vor allem zum Schlafen nutzt. Das Apartment liegt in einem tollen Viertel, in toller Lage. Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie zB die Sagrada oder der Park Güell sind super zu Fuß zu erreichen 20-30 Min. Auch sämtliche Anbindungen an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind max 10 Minuten entfernt. Häufig lohnt sich der Fußweg, da die Nutzung von Metro oder Bus kaum Zeit einspart. Am einfachten wäre tatsächlich das Mieten eines Fahrrades, da die Fahrradwege hervorragend ausgebaut sind und dies auch die schnellste Fortbewegungsmöglichkeit. Das Apartment verfügt über keine Rezeption, angegeben ist, dass die Schlüssel an einer anderen Adresse abgeholt werden müssen, dem ist inzwischen nicht mehr so. Man wird darum gebeten, sich ca 40 Minuten vor eintreffen telefonisch zu melden, dann wird ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort sein und den Check-In durchführen. Dies hat wirklich reibungslos funktioniert. Die Betten/Schlafsofas waren sehr bequem. Das Küchenbesteck, wie zb. der Pfannenwender wirkten sehr abgenutzt, das Backblech passte nicht in den Ofen und wurde so reingequetscht, dass es nicht mehr raus genommen werden konnte. Essbesteck war in guter Qualität. Während unseres Aufenthaltes fand ein Stadtteilfest in Gracia statt, wirklich toll. Es war immer was los und obwohl die viele Menschen an unseren Fenstern entlang kamen und lärmten, war dies kaum hörbar.

Pésimo! No recibí lo descrito en el anuncio, no fue el apartamento que yo pagué. No tenía balcón, lavadora ni secadora. Al reclamar me dijeron que la página presentaba error y que a los 3 días podían cambiarme de apartamento o reembolsarme el 10% y al final no dieron ni una cosa ni la otra. Super pequeño que hasta caminar es incómodo, decía que era para 4 personas y hasta para 1 persona es incómodo. Puerta compartida con otro apartamento por lo que se escucha todo, me sentía en un hostal pagando lo del un hotel de lujo. Ruido constante ya que al lado hay una terraza que no tiene puerta por lo que el aire golpea causando ruido toda la noche. Huele a drogas los pasillos, una pesadilla completa

Great apartment and location for a family/group.

Great 3 bedroom apt. and wonderful location. There were four generations of family traveling together and this apt. accommodated the 8 of us. Completely enjoyed this part of our trip because of the location and the apartment vs hotel feel (local connection). Lots of shops and restaurants within steps of apt., and mInutes from city center. Loved it!
