房間空間及泡湯浴池都很寬敞，早餐健康美味，服務親切，住宿周遭環境安靜，是家庭旅遊休憩的好地方，惟隔音稍差，晚上十一、二點還會聽到鄰房客人在泡湯時講話的聲音。

服務有待加強訓練

房間丶環境均不錯，只是早餐入住時説隔天一早會放在二樓，隔天早上卻沒有，也找到服務人員，再下樓要出去買早餐回來給爸媽，到一樓拉開鐵門，發現一包早餐放在門邊，裡面還有其他住客的早餐，只好自己找前一天訂的早餐⋯⋯到早上9點退房時均沒有服務人員才場，就自行離開了

浴室管道間設計不良

二樓的浴室很不通風，只有兩扇小氣床，但因為同一側所以沒有風流動的效果。重點是管道隔音不良，住在二樓日式簡約房會聽到別間浴室洩水聲，超大聲，早上9點不到被洩水聲吵醒。然後隔壁工地在施工，電鑽跟打牆聲搭配如瀑布般的洩水聲吵醒所有人。

泡湯浴池大且寬敞，但淋浴設施也在半露天位置其實會很冷。4樓的門是紙門，還要去關樓梯燈才能睡覺，而且只有簡易的鎖讓人有點擔心。廁所跟湯池的照明略顯不足。

希望能增加除濕機

房間是稍微舊一點，打掃有待加強。房間格局蠻奇特的，無法躺著爽看電視是樓中樓概念。房內有明顯潮濕味道蚊子也不少浴室跟戶外泡湯池燈光稍嫌昏暗泡湯池很大風景很好早餐還好但飲料還不錯

平平的體驗可以再更好

這次入住日式簡約, 房內看得出有些年久, 有些地方已可以更新 (床頭板有些破損;冰箱有點聲音), 會更舒適些。冷氣是獨立空調, 這點很是滿意。房門的隔音稍弱, 聽得到鄰房開關門及講話聲, 但所幸晚上大家都很安靜, 睡眠未受打擾。早餐是旅館特別準備的, 簡單溫馨。會建議房內及浴室內可多提供一些置物空間或掛勾。浴室內防滑貼條也可以再多貼一些, 會更安全。最後, 浴缸排水的聲響在尚未能改善前, 建議可以提醒旅客離開浴室時再放水, 因為真的蠻大聲的, 會嚇一跳。

現場人員是一個服務很好的團隊。能觀察、體諒及應客戶所需。住宿環境整齊清潔。在比較遠離大街道的位置。無自備交通工具者、當散步、比較安靜的。值得再去住宿的地方。

管家很可愛、服務很即時、態度很親切...房間內大床睡起來很舒適，浴室也很寬敞，泡湯十分舒服...想去礁溪市區逛個街，也只要輕鬆散步個10～15分鐘即可到達...是個蠻值得推薦的好旅店~~
