The hotel staff was so helpful and welcoming during our three day stay in Rome. The bed and pillows slept so well. The hotel room had a great view of a Roman church with windows that completely open for fresh air. The hotel breakfast was hands down one of the Best I’ve ever had in Europe. Every single employee at the hotel has greeted us and treated us with great kindness for the past three days. Actually, one of the waiters is going to do some research with me in Costa Rica in November. Of the hundreds of hotels where I have stayed, this is by far the best in terms of service. Our bed sheets and towels were changed daily. Close to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Novona and The Pantheon; it’s very central so a great location. If I was to visit Rome again, I would definitely stay here.
