This property is a good place to stay if you have a car. It's far from the centre of town so it is not for backpackers. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We stayed here with our children and it suited our purpose. Breakfast each morning was totally well set up. We would stay here again.

It’s a place to stay. Located in a pretty industrial area, over a grocery store. Lots of large trucks moving through the area. The hallway outside the room is very unassuming, and the room is simple. Not bad, not fantastic, just average. 10 minute walk to a train station, which is nice.

Great overall hotel for a big family with kids... we stayed in one of those 2 connected rooms and it was perfect for a family... very clean and only 5 min walk to the train and/or bus station (9 min trip to Innsbruck city center). I would definitely recommend it if you are trying to visit Innsbruck but not break the bank.

Great hotel, weird location. This was a really nice, comfortable hotel for two nights while travelling. Easy access to Innsbruck by train and the rest of Austria via motorways. Rooms were spacious, comfy beds, nice bathroom. There’s a snack and drink machine that has beer and wine. The location is odd. Just off the motorway with a great view of the mountains - but also next to a tyre place and a large yard full of giant skips (dumpsters). Light industrial area. Supermarket downstairs (closed Sunday as they all are in Austria) is very handy.

We arrived due to our flight, the receptionist was very rude saying we could have our room at 3 , she gave us no information about where we could wait , we left our bags behind the desk . At 3 we asked if our room was ready , she looked at her watch and said yes and just gave us a key , again no information. The room was the farthest away , very basic 1 small bottle of water left . Towels were not changed in 4 days we were there, they just emptied our bin .

Vi havde en overnatning. Værelset var fint, lidt lille og mørkt. Morgenmad var fin, simpel med lidt forskellige ting. Der var selv tjek ind som var nemt nok, men man stod lige og bøvlede lidt og skulle skrive en masse ting. Vi betalte for parkeringe i kælderen.
