Unfortunately our Spa wasn’t working but the staff did the best they could and we worked out something in the end. Staff were so lovely and friendly. My only issue was (obviously the spa not working) but also there is no AC in the room. Just bear that in mind. Other than that the hotel was great and in a beautiful location. The bed was also really comfy. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious with high ceilings. It was a very large space, expecially in a city center. The hotel was conveniently located to several attractions. The staff was lovely and went the extra mile by providing chocolates on Valentine's day. It was a perfect and unexpected gift. The only small issue was the speed of the lone elevator as it moved very slowly. We ended up carrying our luggage up the two flights of stairs to avoid the lengthy wait. We were well taken care of.

It was a really amazing location just on the backside of the plaza Del Novia, and it had really amazing breakfasts that you got as part of staying there. Great little Café area that you could look over the city and then also a bar with a great view and a perfect place for pictures. We had a king size bed that was very comfortable and our son slept on a pullout and he said it wasn’t that bad either. Nice bathroom very clean, helpful staff we were very pleased.
