This hotel has very small rooms, very uncomfortable and small bathrooms, no air conditioning and the breakfast is terrible, they have almost nothing to be buffet. It really has been for me the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Es lamentable que un hotel en la isla en pleno verano con temperaturas de 38 grados no tenga AC tampoco me informaron y no me quisieron cambiar la habitación siendo que me ofrecí a pagar una diferencia, pedí que por lo menos me facilitaran un ventilador y me facilitaron un ventilador medio roto y encima me cobraron

Kunde varit bättre.

Hotellet är enkelt och relativt billigt,så man får väl vad man betalar för. I beskrivningen står 8 min till strand. Vad som inte stod var att det är en lång backe till o från stranden. Handdukar fanns inte till alla i sällskapet. Inte ens receptionisten kunde ta fram duschhanddukar, det fanns inga kvar sa han. Vid frukost, som var väldigt enkel, fanns inget kaffe. Kaffemaskinen var sönder och inget annat erbjöds. Antagligen inget hotell man återvänder till .

Brak klimatyzacji a nawet wentylatora co w tym klimacie robi bardzo duży dyskomfort. Goście hotelowi bardzo głośni i nikt nie zwraca im uwagi. Reszta raczej na plus.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Partyzone, Apotheke, Mietfahrzeuge, Supermarkt sind max 1 min entfernt. Zum Strand sind es ca 6 min wenn einen das Getümmel nicht stört. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit. Zimmer werden jeden Tag geputzt und mit frischen Handtüchern versehen. Der Pool wird wohl nicht genutzt, Wasserproben werden täglich entnommen. Matrazen waren etwas durchgelegen, schmale Gänge was mich persönlich nicht stört. Was mich allerdings sehr gestört hat, waren die Gruppen mit Halbstarken. Um 4 Uhr ist die Nacht rum, da durch die Hellhörigkeit die Rückkehr der sturzbesoffenen und lautstarken Gruppen zum Aufwachen führt. Da verstehe ich zum Teil das Personal nicht. Fenster gingen zu Bruch, Stuhl wurde von oben durch die Scheibe in den Pool geworfen, Türen wurden zum Teil eingetreten, es wurde an die Wände geschlagen, es ging einiges zu Bruch. Personal ergriff scheinbar die Flucht. Dieser Zinnober würde selbst in einem Hostel nicht toleriert werden. Frühstücksauswahl ist sehr klein. Fazit: Wiederholungsfaktor null, reine Billigunterkunft, für Partybesoffene und Alkoholleichen ideal. Lieber mehr ausgeben und weiter in das Land rein.

Cet établissement ne mérite pas de s'appeler hôtel et ne mérite surtout pas 2 étoiles. Il est dans état de délabrement avancé, limite propre. Les chambres sont exiguës et les salles de bain ridiculement petites dans lesquelles tout ne fonctionne pas. Très bruyant à toute heure de la nuit, on entend tout, les conversations, les portes qui claquent, les clés dans les serrures, tous les bruits d'eau y compris le filtrage piscine (certains bruits sont malgré tout dus aux clients plus qu'à l'hôtel) Le petit déjeuner est plus que décevant, les produits sont les plus bas de gamme possibles, chimiques à foison, aucun fruit ! Les équipements sont insuffisants, fil d'attente tous les matins devant micro ondes et toaster. Machines mal réglées, débordement régulier du distributeur de jus de fruit. Pas de fourchettes, seulement des couteaux à poisson et petites cuillères limites en qté. Personnel à la réception limite poli et surtout pas efficace. On a passé la première journée sans aucune serviette dans la salle de bain et il a fallu se fâcher le lendemain pour en obtenir. Impossible durant toute la semaine d'avoir une deuxième chaise pour le balcon. Seul le personnel d'entretien et de service mérite de la reconnaissance et fait ce qu'il peut pour maintenir l'ensemble en fonctionnement. Zone billard, jeux, bar ouverte en gros 5 heures par jour !!! Container poubelle de chantier devant la porte d'entrée. En conclusion cet hôtel n'a rien à faire dans votre agence, à fuir impérativement.

Strand etwa 500. Meter. Berganstieg Rückweg.Pool zum schwimmen genügte mir. Man darf für den Preis nicht allzuviel erwarten. Man ist ja auch fast nur zum schlafen da. Frühstück für mich und meine Freunde ausreichend.

Notlösung

Der Strand ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Und es geht ziemlich steil bergab und bergauf. Zimmer sporadisch. Ich würde eine vier den Hotel geben. Erfüllt seinen Zweck aber eben nicht mehr. Mit dem Taxi kostet eine Fahrt zur Schinkenstr. Ca 9-13€.

Prima hotel om met vrienden te zitten.

Prima hotel om met vrienden een week naar Mallorca te gaan om te feesten. Zwembad is fijn. Restaurantjes liggen vlakbij (2min lopen). Strand 10min lopen. Naar Nederlands gedeelte ca. 15/20min lopen. Duits gedeelte ca. 30min lopen. Kamers zijn OK. Er wordt elke dag gepoetst. Kregen alleen maar steeds 2 handdoeken ipv 3. Let op: er zit ontbij bij, maar dit stelt echt he-le-maal niets voor. Sneetjes witte boterhammen met ham, kaas of een beetje jam. Dan houdt het op. Geen spek/ei of yoghurt/cornflakes.

Geen hotel maar hostel

Ik heb al een klacht geschreven naar jullie hierover, het begint al dat er op jullie website staat hotel maar het is eerder een jeugdhostel. Anderhalf uur met inchecken bezig geweest omdat er 1 dame stond achter de balie. Kamer was uitermate smerig, sigarettenpeuk nog onder het bed, geen badhanddoekken, geen gordijn naar het balkon waardoor je inkijk had. muizenkeutels op het balkon en in de kamer, vies lichtknopje. 9 euro per dag extra betaald voor ontbijt (dit was een bordje met brood en jam) en een koffieapparaat die het niet eens deed.. echt afschuwelijk voor woorden!

sehr schlechter Service

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung! Das Hotelteam ist unflexibel und ehr unfreundlich. ( mit Ausnahme von zwei Rezeptionisten die sich bemühten) Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, Frühstück ungesehen schlecht und rund aus unverschämte Bedienung! Kein Wi-Fi und Tresor auf den Zimmern. Zum Abschluss wurden uns von der Rezeption falsche Abfahrtzeiten für den Airport Shuttle gegeben, daher Taxi nehmen müssen – letzter Bus war weg. Weiter weg bis zum Strand. Auch wenn man für den Preis nicht viel erwartet darf, sollte man doch von Freundlichkeit ausgehen dürfen, hier leider nicht. Nicht empfehlenswert !

Nice basic hotel, minutes from the beach and shop.

The inside of the hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very basic. The pool area was an off put, the grounds was very dirty, the lounge chairs was so dirty the dirt settled on them. Throughout my time I never saw anyone using the pool area. This hotel has great potential, situated in the right locations, for the beaches, shops, restaurants and bus stop to go to Palma shopping centre. suggestions- upgrade the breakfast provision, open the bar for guests to purchase drinks and snacks, or have a drink area, pool side make over alluring guests to make use of the pool. I would definitely stay there again if the above suggestions could be implemented.

Hotel très bien placé a 5 minutes à pied de la plage des restaurants bars .. Personnel a l'écoute en revanche ce sont les seuls points positifs. Je n'ai pas pour habitude de marquer des commentaires mais cet hotel est très sale mauvaise insonorisation on entend tout, ménages fait quand cela mes arrangent, pour le parking le soir c'est horrible , petit déjeuner simple et vraiment pas bon ... Bref je ne reviendrais jamais sans compter la piscine pas du tout propre ainsi que leurs transats

single and on a budget

remember this is a 2 star hotel and dont expect to get ammenities higher than a 2 star hotelrating. i would recommend posting the hotel's name in front of the building tho.. unless i was blind and didnt see it. happy with room. breakfast is ok.. i did not expect continental servings so i was not disappointed. dont expect modern wifi as it is virtually non existent. i have top of the range mobile phone and when i asked the receptionist (good looking i might say) he told me to wait as 'it will connect!'... had i followed his advice, i would still be at the hotel baying at nothing! overall, i will recommend the hotel to anyone under similar circumstances as me. to families and couples or groups, dont put high expectations.. this is afterall a 2 star hotel..
