櫃台服務人員服務很好，很親切。 附近有配合的免費停車場，停車也算方便。 缺點是房間大小跟照片看起來有蠻大落差，房間很小，雙人床也不是正常尺寸，比一般再小，床的長度不長，再加上有小孩一起睡的話，大人都要側睡。 另外，看訂房網有顯示提供牙刷牙膏，但到現場才被告知因環保而沒提供～ 雖然有提供飲水機，但還是建議房內可以提供瓶裝水～

從台中高鐵站到飯店的話，在5號出口搭160公車，到河南青海路口站下車，走幾分鐘就到了。 本來是訂簡約旅行雙人房，被飯店升級到夢想地圖雙人房，房間空間感很足夠。 飯店對面是24小時營業的家樂福，晚上去完夜市後可以順便逛一下再回飯店休息。 整體的入住體驗很好，下次還會再來台中還會入住。
