My friends and family were extremely disappointed with the quality of the accommodations. We paid nearly $400 USD per day, but the rooms were dark, poorly maintained, with dirty bathrooms and sewage odors coming from the drains. While the hotel's exterior grounds are beautiful and well-kept, the rooms are in desperate need of complete renovation. Instead of the resort experience we expected, we felt like we were staying at a roadside motel. On our first day, we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner and had to wait over an hour and a half for what turned out to be terrible food. Given the high price point, the experience fell far short of expectations and I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

A estadia foi boa, como de se esperar. Só entendo que um EcoResort deveria ter água potável disponível em pontos mais acessíveis (quando eu queria encher minha térmica para tomar terere tinha que ir à academia ou à quadra de beach tennis). Não negaram uma pedra de gelo, mas a água eu tinha que sair do meu conforto e ir buscar longe. Já estive em diversos hotéis do genero e água sempre está disponível próximo (quem quiser comprar mineral e pagar, que compre). Entendam uma coisa, não é por dinheiro, pois havia uma cafeteira (grátis) no lobby e não um bebedouro, é disso que estou falando.

Uma boa estrutura. Quartos bons e espaçosos. A limpeza dos corredores deixava a desejar. As piscinas mereciam mais atenção. Hora muito quentes hora muito frias. A comida estava bem abaixo da média de qualidade que encontramos na nossa visita passada ao hotel. Faltava muita coisa no café da manhã, carnes duras nos grelhados do jantar. Solicitei, por duas vezes, manutenção para o ar condicionado, mandaram o técnico, mas não resolveram, nem se preocuparam. Demanda grande para poucos funcionários, prejudicando o atendimento. Recreação para crianças jogaram pequenos chocolates para o alto, onde as maiores conseguiram pegar e as pequenas ficaram chorando, como foi o caso da minha. são pontuações que devem ser melhoradas, mas pouco atrapalharam a experiência que foi ótima e certamente será repetida.

Tivemos uma estadia excelente no hotel. As instalações são ótimas, muito bem cuidadas, o quarto era confortável e limpo, e toda a equipe foi sempre muito atenciosa e profissional. A localização também é um grande ponto positivo e contribuiu muito para a nossa experiência. No entanto, a única situação que realmente nos chateou foi o fato de termos tido sérios problemas com o voo e, por responsabilidade exclusiva das companhias aéreas, acabámos por perder 3 diárias das 10 que estavam reservadas. Mesmo explicando a situação e deixando claro que não foi algo sob nosso controlo, o hotel não aceitou nem sequer negociar qualquer forma de compensação ou ajuste por essas noites perdidas. É uma pena, porque esse detalhe acabou por manchar uma experiência que, de resto, foi muito positiva. Ainda assim, fica o reconhecimento pela qualidade do hotel e do serviço prestado durante os dias em que lá estivemos.

Hotel precisa manutenção. Torneiras ruins, lâmpadas queimadas, descargas HORRÍVEIS. O suco de laranja do café da manhã é INDUSTRIALIZADO!!! O serviço é muitoTERRÍVEL. Fiz check-in online para adiantar. Cheguei 13:00, sabendo que o check-in é as 15:00, com intuito de almoçar antes.PRIMEIRO da fila e demorou 40 minutos p ser atendido. Mandaram fazer o check-in online, novamente. Exigiram documento FÍSICO para cadastro. Informaram não haver quarto disponível, o que imaginei pelo horário. Pedi para almoçar demoraram 20 minutos para cadastrar a pulseira avulsa. Eu estava com uma criança de 3 anos. Informaram q mandariam mensagem via celular assim q o quarto estivesse disponível. Não fizeram Enfim, fui almoçar mais de 14:00. Às 15:00, estava novamente na recepção. Enfrentei a MESMA fila, por mais 40 minutos!!!!! Me disseram que não havia qualquer documento meu ali e nada indicando que eu havia sido atendido. Localizaram, novamente, meu check-in online. Portanto, não assinei nada que supostamente eu deveria, muito embora eu tenha concordado com os termos online. Não me informaram NADA sobre as dependências, horários, disponibilidades. Consegui acessar o quarto perto das 16:00. Cheguei cedo, me programei para não perder o dia, mas foi isto que me entregaram. A pessoa que fica responsável pela troca das toalhas de piscinas NUNCA está no posto. Faltam garçons na área da piscina. Entre 12:00 e 15:00 é impossível pedir algo. O hotel n condiz com o q vende. desrespeito no checkin!!

Tivemos uma experiência péssima no Zagaia. Fui com minha familia e levei meus pais idosos no intuito de ter momentos de descanso e lazer mas infelizmente tivemos muito stress e aborrecimentos. Fomos alojados em um quarto em frente a uma area de reforma do hotel (estou gestante e estavamos com nosso filho de 5 anos), todos os dias entre 7h e 8h iniciavam-se barulhos horriveis de máquinas que nos acordavam e permaneciam durante todo o dia. Fora as conversas altas dos funcionários na porta do quarto. E alem disso minha mãe passou por um constrangimento enorme logo pela manhã, quando estava trocando de roupa (meu pai ainda dormindo) e mesmo com a placa de NAO PERTURBE na porta, foi surpreendida com um homem que abriu a porta e colocou a cabeça pra dentro e quando minha mae gritou ele fechou a porta e rapidamente saiu. Mesmo fazendo inúmeras reclamações com a recepção não conseguimos registrar nossa insatisfação com a supervisão ou gerência (que se dizia estar ausente do hotel) e NADA foi feito para resolver a situação, nem no intuito de parar com o barulho, nem no intuito de nos realocar para uma área que não estivesse em obra. Como estou gestante (com descolamento de placenta) precisava de dias de repouso e paz e o que emcontramos foram 4 dias de aborrecimentos.
