The people hanging around the place were very sketchy. New owner was very nice. He did everything he could to make me feel comfortable about staying there. In his defense he only took over the property 1 week before we stayed there. If it gets cleaned up you can't beat the price!

No words to describe this place…

The good: the front desk guy was super friendly. He corrected our issue quickly. The bad: trash and empty alcohol bottles all over the property. Halls look like they haven’t been swept in 3 years. There was a bag of trash, an unmade bed and dirty towels in the first room we were assigned bc the cleaner didn’t do their job. The ceiling had moldy spots. Didn’t even bother to take pictures bc seeing the place again would just be torture.

We were lucky to get into the motel. The desk clerk happened to be at the front desk. The bell to call for night service had been removed. He ignored me at the night window at only by knocking loudly at the window was I able to get his attention. The room had no phone, minimal lighting and no coffee station. For a party of four there were only two hand towels It looked as if nothing had been swept or dusted in the motel in a while although our room was clean. The next day, daylight revealed a property strewn with litter. We stayed here because we couldn't get to our destination in one day. The cleanliness of the room met our needs so this is a place to get in and get out.

The place looked abandoned. There was a weird hand made sign saying cash only. The sign was all busted, the sidewalk was covered in trash, and there were no lights. It was very unsafe! I ended up driving another 2.5 hours in the middle of the night because I had no place to stay.

Honestly, that hotel looks abandoned. The reception area is empty, the atmosphere feels heavy, and it is pitch black inside. The parking lot was nearly empty, and there were numerous cigarette and marijuana butts at the entrance. Honestly, I trust the app, but I do recommend doing a better job of verifying the current status of these establishments; many of them look nothing like their photos. The upside was that I requested a refund, and the support team handled it with great care and professionalism. 🙏
