In the heart of the ghetto complete with bullet holes in various places. Ghetto staff rude and noisy neighbors and sketchy individuals. No microwave and very uncomfortable spring mattresses. Do not recommend.

I arrived at 10 pm. Doors to the lobby were closed and locked, service was through a window, which had a sign over it that said back in 15 minutes. There was someone at the desk, but they said I would have to wait for her to do some paperwork that would take 15 minutes. Within 5 minutes, 3 other people had walked up and been turned away. Not sure what paperwork was more important than customer service. Amenities - no refrigerator, and wifi access meant not free, but I was not given a rate or process either.

Location did not feel safe. Ppl hanging out all ours of the day and night. Also very loud car wash in front of the hotel. Loud music and engines reving late at night from car wash customers. The bedding in the hotel room was old and rough, making it very itchy. I book for 2 nights but only stayed for one. There is no way I could stay a second night. I didn’t mind losing the money. Safety and comfort is more important.

It was a nice hotel, not fancy but a good place to stay. No microwave, mini refrigerator, iron or hair dryer but it’s in a good area and near Camelback ranch ballpark and not far from West Gate.

Nope no work space eother. Managment was unprofessional yelled at ne becaise it was inconveint for me to let matnence in to fix tolliet that was leaking. Rude. Embaressing discrinatory and hostile behavior yelling at me telling me what to do and the next day i was told to leave becaise my dog which my dog never ever came close to contacr but her words were my dog attacked her maitnence man.

No coffee, no breakfast. No real amenities. Door is locked early and doesn't open until morning so no internet. Bare bones hotel. Pool and Jaccuzi were really nice. Walking distance to Waffle House and a gas station. Lots of vending machines on site.

This was absolutely the worst most disgustingly dirty hotel that I have ever stayed in. There was blood smears on the walls and bathroom door, as well as other fluids that could not be identified. The floor was unswept and there were food crumbs everywhere. Everything was generally just extremely dirty. Not to mention the door handle to the bathroom was falling off. The hotel was somehow rated a 6.7 which is just baffling to me. If it could be rated a negative number for cleanliness I would give that. We unfortunately stayed 1 of the 2 planned nights and we checked it the next morning because we just couldn’t handle it anymore. The hotel fought us for the cancellation and initially refused a refund for the second night when we told them we were leaving. Thank goodness Hotels.com was able to get that cancellation for us and we moved to a much cleaner nearby hotel.

Check-in was easy enough. Arrived a little after 8pm and had to use the night security window. I assume the neighborhood isn't the greatest. I had no issues while there so that was a plus. EZ access to property from the main freeway that sits nearby. Because of the window configuration you won't get any road noise from the highway nearby that literally sits behind the parking lot. The room itself was in decent shape with everything working. Overall, the stay here during a weekend day going into a week was pleasant. Would definitely stay again should I find myself back in the area.

The pictures posted are years old. The entire property was a DUMP!! Cigarette Butts, Drug Paraphernalia and trash was everywhere!!! Stair Wells, Drive Ways, The Entry Way was FILTHY!! The room was so NASTY that there was NO WAY I would have walked barefoot across the floor or tried to sleep in that bed!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The staff was very nice and understood my complaint about everything and my money was refunded and out the door I went!!!!
