The air conditioner/heating unit was broken, which I didn’t realize until I woke up, sweating in the middle of the night. I told the front desk clerk, but she didn’t seem to really care that much. Breakfast was awful, very meager offerings. There was a dirty washcloth in my shower when I arrived and the trashcan right outside of my room was overflowing and disgusting. The room was fairly clean otherwise and the bed was comfortable and the night clerk who checked me in was really wonderful. She was very friendly and helpful. Also no lotion or conditioner and I’m not sure what was happening with the shampoo, but it was very watery and a strange color.

I’m not gonna lie I read reviews and was skeptical but to my surprise the staff was extremely pleasant, great price for the stay, clean hotel, no bugs and hot breakfast. Can’t beat this place and the staff! I travel a lot for work so finding GOOD cheap hotels is a challenge but this one is a hidden gem.

The first room we moved to didnt have lights working. The staff was helpful to move us to another room. The blankets were dirty, lights were flickering, our food got stuck in the microwave which had to be broken to get the food out. Hand soap bars kept in the room were more than 1 year expired!
