Great hotel for price and area.

Four day family trip. The doormam was fantastically helpful with a broken suitcase and getting it repaired. The front desk staff never friendly the cleaner was fantastic and helpful as well as manager and breakfast staff. Breakfast was good, though if you go at 9am they don’t seem to want to replenish the last 30 mins. Beds were comfy, though many sewn holes in sheets. That was kind of shocking. Close to Ben Thanh market…where you WILL get ripped off . Prices way too high.

CRAP HOTEL

This is the worst hotel. They have construction going on the whole stay. Hotel.com never advised of this and it was going on all day and into the evening. The breakfast is CRAP. eating out on the street is way better than what they offer. They also have taken over the hotel next door which is now called GRAND CITITEL. OMG the sinks and benches are cracked and they say its a new hotel LOL. OLD WITH A LICK OF PAINT... I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. Way better hotels for the money
