Great stay.

The location is amazing.It was a little difficult locating the actual entrance as there are busy pavement restaurants on either side of it but once found it was a real gem. The area is really vibey and everything is within walking distance. Will definately stay there again.

Great apartment in a very busy area by Galata port. The only downside is the noise from the surrounding bars. If you are a light sleeper do not stay there . Music goes on until 4am.

A great base for exploring Istanbul...

A great base for exploring Istanbul in a good central location. I even had a view of the Bosphorus! I was able to walk comfortably to most of the places I wanted to go and the ferry stops aren't too far away. The local area is quite lively, with plenty of excellent food options from morning to night. I didn't find it a problem as I am a heavy sleeper, but the late night music played in the bars may not suit some people. I would definitely consider staying again if I come back to Istanbul!

Place is situated on top of restaurants and bars. We stayed 6 nights. Great location to move around the city overall. Not your average hotel, its just rooms, youll ask for towels which you will get. However, cleaning is not going to happen. Its one person who operates it. Its also loud at night you can hear music so of you sleep by 10 maybe not great. It continues through out midnight. With that said id stay again because of the location overall. Room was nice, comfy, AC, wifi is good. Music didnt bother us to much, we were out until midnight.

Positiv: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unglaublich gut. Sehr viele Bars, Restaurants, Konditoreien in nur wenigen Gehminuten (oder sogar Gehsekunden) erreichbar. Durch die Straßenbahnlinie T1 (Karaköy oder Tophane), die nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist, ist man sehr gut an das öffentlich Netz angebunden. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Klimaanlage sowohl zum Heizen als auch zum Kühlen. Negativ: Aufgrund der vielen Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe, ist bis ca. 3 Uhr morgens recht laute Musik zu hören. Die Fenster des Aparthotels dämmen zwar recht gut, jedoch hört man doch noch etwas durch. Also nichts für Personen, die einen leichten schlaf haben. Die Sauberkeit der Böden lässt viel zu wünschen übrig. Im Stiegenhaus wurden mehrmals Kakerlaken gesichtet, was natürlich auch sehr sehr unangenehm war. Es ist im Zimmer zwar ein Fernseher vorhanden was sehr positiv ist, jedoch funktioniert die Fernbedienung von diesem Fernseher nicht. Daher keine verwendung möglich.

Bon séjour de 10 jours dans cet hôtel qui se présente plus comme un appartement. La chambre est moderne comme dans une chambre d’hôtel, l’hôte est très réactif. Le seul point négatif est que le quartier est vraiment bruyant on entend encore la musique à 4h du matin.

Место на одну ночь.

Место исключительно на одну ночь, вроде бы близко к набережной, но по сути это пром зона, стройка, какой-то грохот постоянно. Сам по себе номер неплохой, но он ужасно прокурен, для некурящих - невыносимо, ощущение брезгливости меня не покидало. Прямо под отелем - клуб или кафе, громкая музыка, а рано с утра грохот промзоны. Но отмечу нормальный завтрак в номер и спасибо ребятам на ресепшн, которые дождались нашего позднего заселения.

Based on the photos and reviews, I was expecting a really good experience, however, it was not the most comfortable stay I have ever had. Due to the mosquitoes, we could not sleep well. Maybe it was the season, but you can see the tracks of previous ones on the walls. If we look at the bright side, we are now experts on catching them easily:p Also there is damp in the rooms. The breakfast was not bad though. I would not stay there again.

Идеальное сочетание цены и качества

Маленький, чистенький отель с неназойливым и дружелюбным персоналом. Все необходимое есть, деньги за это просят весьма умеренные. Очень удачное расположение - посреди уютных ресторанных улочек, недалеко от причала. Завтрак нехороший, но с учетом цены за ночь этим спокойно можно пренебречь и завтракать в куче заведений поблизости.

To simply put it the hotel was amazing,location service staff, it was such a great experience for me to discover this part of Istanbul, we wanted to change our room to a smaller one due to cancellation from the rest of the group and the staff were super helpful,one thing is the place doesn’t have an elevator and with people who have luggage getting it up there was kind of difficult, the hotel is best suited for younger people as the area if full of restaurants and bars.

The location is tucked away yet very close to the Tophane tram stop allowing for convenience to get around to Taksim Square or the Sultanahmet areas, lots of cafes and shops. room, Rome, was comfortable, had view of water. Can be a bit loud especially on weekend nights.

Great location but the two bedroom unit was too small for 4 people. Booked for 7 nights but moved to a hotel after 3 nights.
