I’ve travelled to over 25 countries and this is one of the best hotels. The hotel is well maintained, the staff is amazing, it’s a great value for money. Wherever we had a problem they fixed it and it never looked like they were looking to charge money. It felt like the genuinely wanted to make our stay the best one possible! In the midst of all the chaos that is the city of Marrakech and its medina this was an amazing experience!

This is an absolutely delightful Riad on a quiet lane close to the main attractions in the Medina. The hotel kindly arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport (200 MAD). The driver picked us up promptly and dropped us off at a square nearby where we were met by a member of staff from the hotel. We were greeted with mint tea & biscuits when we checked in. The Riad is very beautiful inside with ornate architecture & plants. The aroma is also very fragrant. A delicious breakfast is served on the roof terrace. All the staff are very friendly and kind people. It is an oasis of calm and really made our stay in Marrakech enjoyable & memorable for our family of four. I highly recommend this Riad.

One improvement could include bigger drapes over the room windows for more privacy, especially as the room we were in overlooked the entrance. The Riad was stunning but it was the staff that made it 5*. They couldnt have been more helpful. The building is tranquil and cool, a real oasis from the busy souks. Marrakech feels safe and everyone we met in the alleyways around the Riad were warm and friendly. Highly recommend this Riad in a great location.

This property is aboslutely a delight from staff, room, amenities, location and esthetics. I would highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for a beautiful place to rest and relax. All of the staff helped with everything. Even when we were set to leave early due to our flight, the prepared the breakfast just for the three of us way before the general scheduled breakfast. This was so appreciative and a step above. When i come back to Marrakech, i will be staying here... no question. Ahmed and the other female and Mohamed were also very helpful and thoughtful.
