Nice hotel with friendly staff and it is in an excellent location. You can walk to everything downtown and take a stroll along the river. We appreciated the hot breakfast every morning and refreshments at the bar when we returned to the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Convenient location. Parking could be better by, putting up more visible signs for when you have to park across the street because the parking in the back of the hotel is full. A ramp or something is needed in the back entrance to allow customers with disabilities to get to the door. The stairs could be difficult for someone with a disability. No laundry room is available as specified. All staff was helpful, courteous and nice. I would stay here again.

The staff was very helpful to my needs at a very stressful moment putting my uncle to rest. I drove several hours to get to funeral and was needing to wash and clean up. Had my room clean and ready for me and help me get to it bye 5. Way too go guys/girls who works here. I will be back soon and will have friends, thanks again “

Overall, it was a very good stay. Breakfast is a full menu of eggs, grits, 2 sausages, cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit, etc. The room was clean and plenty of hot water. My only complaint is height of bed! I am short so could not sit or get in bed without jumping, pushing self up with chair, etc so ended up buying a stool for the 4 nights to solve problem although risky getting up in night! Location is great as only a block from the Cane River Lake and close to shops, restaurants, etc.

Large room, comfortable bed, walking distance to bars and restaurants make this a really nice place. The property seems to be kept well, and the breakfast was great. The staff was great, especially at breakfast. We have enjoyed staying here several times in the past few years.

The hotel was clean and the server at breakfast provided the best customer service. Parking is limited and poses a threat to park so far from the hotel in lot B & C without any security in the area. Suggest you offer security and/or valet. Especially was not convenient being I am handicapped. -NO COFFEE CUP TOPS. This matters in my stay at a hotel. The coffee was good and the service was excellent but failure to provide coffee cup tops says you don’t value the importance of your customers. We will not stay in the hotel again due to the parking and lack of security.
