We were a little disappointed with our stay here in Dubai. After visiting before and staying in a different hotel we expected a really high level of service, we also just travelled from Oman where the customer service was phenomenal. We found the staff to be unhelpful and dismissive, our room overlooked a building site which was extremely noisy. Considering this was a special occasion as we were celebrating our honeymoon which the hotel was aware off it wasn't a great start. When I return to Dubai I would not stay here again as I expected more.

One of the best hotels around Dubai Marina. Luxury, clean and comfortable rooms with the best view. Staff is helpful and ready all the time. I want to thank Shiran for his kindness and prompt services. And many thanks to all the staff who helped organize our birthday celebration!

Loved our stay, hotel was super clean, great staff and in a great location. However there was no power point for a hair dryer in the bathroom, which was was slightly annoying, only a power point for a shaver.

Business or Holiday - a good choice for both

I often book my colleagues into this hotel. It is very convenient to get on and off SZR. The location is ideal for both business and holiday. The lobby is a bit small, which doesn't give the grandiose Dubai feel. However, it makes up in cleanliness and vicinity to Marina.

We loved our stay at crowne! From Valet parking assistance to room service everyone was so nice and helpful! We checked in 3:30 am, our check in process was so smooth and fast, room was prefect and breakfast delicious everyday. So many choices. Our server's Ahmar/Ahmed were wonderful. We will be staying at crowne marine hotel everytime.

Good location, good choice of restaurants and marina mall 2 mins walk. excellent breakfast, premier room was good with a desk for a business traveller which isnt needed for a tourist visit so takes a lot of space. Very small pool area. Good city break hotel.
