We stayed at the Polynesian room and the ocean front view was amazing. It felt like a penthouse with the whole top floor of the building facing the ocean front was exclusively for this room. The host Hector was super nice and he gave us property tour of other rooms too as we plan to book this place again in future.

This hotel has steamed rooms, which is why I chose it!! I stayed in the Asian themed room I love the ocean view, and it was very convenient because the restaurant was located next to the hotel. The hotel itself has two different buildings adjacent to each other. The staff were super friendly, nice, & accommodating. One of the highlights is how well they were regarding my cat.

We stayed in the Polynesian room and it was phenomenal! Super large with multiple couches, a wet bar, a comfortable king size bed, and over size deck. The restaurant is right below as well as the bars. It was very easy to walk downstairs have breakfast lunch or dinner and get it before dinner drink. The beach is a few stairs down And it was so gorgeous. The view from the room is phenomenal. The staff was so caring and welcoming and helpful. I wasn’t feeling well the day I arrived, and they brought our dinner up to our room after I ordered which was super convenient. They even brought me a portable fan. The staff went above and beyond and again one of the most comfortable beds, and we will be staying there again next year for longer. I highly recommend.

Book the one night stay in January, a family of four husband, wife and two small children. The room that I booked was for a king size bed, and sofa bed. We arrive after 2pm, unpack and headed to Ensenada. When we return during the night hours. We noticed that the sofa did not convert into a bed. Our rooms thing that we chose was cowboy, which means everything in our room is some sort of cowboy related. The gentleman was nice enough to switch us to a different room, which had a totally different theme next-door. At this point, we really get in mind. The facility has warm water and not hot water, and during January gets a little cold and we were expecting a hot hour. The room was extremely cold, and there was a chimney, but it did not work. The ocean view from my room was beautiful. But that’s about it.

The hotel is right of the freeway between Rosarita and Ensenada town 20 mins each way taxi costs to town $35.00-$40.00 . Hotel restaurant is very good ,staff is excellent. If you want to hide away their is NO TV , Fridge , heater, A/C etc. clean rooms you can walk to the beach, I saw dolphins ,food from restaurant wohh they hook you up. So depends on what you are looking for . Staff from security ,to cleaners ,front desk and yes even Hotel recommended taxi five stars . Also don't bother changing to local peso everything is $$. Not so cheap either expect US rates on food and drinks and taxis u r in the middle of nowhere. Everywhere you go lunch / Dinner /Breakfast $20.00 per instance .Idea of local ,cheaper ,mexico ,not happening. and payonline cheaper hotel charges 6%

Not worth the visit

Booked last minute didn't enjoy our stay right from checkin they start nickel and diming you. The room we booked said 3 adults but charged us $25 per kid. We get to our room and it smells of cigarettes and there are burn marks on the bed. Really the only thing worth anything was the views from the rooms. The rooms are outdated also there are no locks from the inside so anyone with the combo can come in I can't imagine they change the code for every customer.

Great views!

The location is great! The views are amazing. The beach access is convenient. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They have live music and a restaurant. Our room was the wine room. There was no TV, no air conditioner, only a ceiling fan. The mattress was hard and made loud noises when turning around. The sofa was a pull out bed and it was dirty. We found crumbs in it. The patio furniture was dirty and rusty. The bathroom has little privacy.
