今回、姉妹で宿泊しました。コロナ禍、東京近辺でお魚の美味しい民宿を探していてこちらに一泊させて頂きました。宿泊者は私達だけでコロナ対策も万全にされていました。お料理は豪華なお刺身盛り合わせに煮付け等々、見た目も美しいお料理で何よりお米が美味しいんです！千葉のお米感激しました。お誕生日の素敵な手作りケーキ、素晴らしく美味しいロシアの赤ワイン、道中の会話も楽しい心温まる送迎等々、ご夫婦のおかげでとても記念に残る楽しい旅となりました。今度はお肉も頂きに伺いたいです。ありがとうございました！！

First time in a traditional Japanese hotel.

I had never stayed in a traditional Japanese hotel (I would call this a bed and breakfast) before, so this was really a nice experience. The building is in immaculate condition and it's very clean. It does have common bathrooms, so that was a bit of a surprise. The couple who runs the Fukurou Tei are nice and very helpful. The wife was also fluent in English, which helped me quite a bit. It is located kind of in the middle of nowhere, which is both good and bad. I specifically wanted to see rural Japan. So this hotel put me right in the middle of that. The downside was the nearest train station was a VERY long walk. Fortunately, the owners were willing to give me a ride. And while they added to my bill for this, it was far cheaper than calling a cab. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

Different experience close to Tokyo

Amazing little place close to Narita airport. The owners feel genuine, are very friendly and service minded. The food was excellent (we had breakfast). What really pushed the review over the edge receiving 5/5 is the surroundings. Just a short walk and you are allowed to enter the old world of the shogun. For us, this was totally unexpected (which probably added to the experience). If you ever wondered where the creators of Totoro got their inspiration, you probably should visit this place. Also, recommend a visit to the local restaurant. If you are lucky, the nice locals might buy you a beer.

這是一間位於日本千葉縣山上的家庭式小旅館 一共三個房間 日式打地鋪的。老闆會日語跟簡單英文，老闆娘是俄羅斯人會流利英文跟基本的日文。待客很親切。讓人會想再去。該飯店從成田空港第二航廈要30分鐘的車程。由老闆開車接送。如果搭計程車要5000日圓。 飯店很好很溫馨 料理也很棒 唯一缺點就是交通問題。

A great stay to start or finish you Japan tour.

A couple started this in the countryside a few years ago. Its a mini hotel or B&B if you like. Fantastic rooms well build, clean, great bereakfast. They have car or van as is needed to transport to and from airport for much less than a taxi costs. kind people, good English (wife is former Russian) Cannot reccomend this enough.

My friend and I had a 20 hr layover in Tokyo. We decided to stay at Fukurou Tei for an authentic experience. We didn't go wrong. Ms. Eva's and Mr. Hero were very nice, Mr. Hero picked us up from the airport and it was about an 30 min drive to the hotel. He even took us back into the city, so we could catch the bus to Tokyo. He was even so kind to pick us up from the airport the next morning at 2:40 AM, after we had explored Tokyo! Ms. Eva was also very helpful. She wrote instructions to how to ride the bus to Tokyo.It was a BIG help. Her breakfast was wonderful! I don't eat fish, but she made salmon for breakfast and it was delicious. I wish I had more now. Everyone should stay here, you won't regret it!
