The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are small but cozy. Breakfast had good options and the service was excellent. Luca at the front desk was amazing—friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the towel warmer in the bathroom wasn’t working, which made the bathroom cold and caused the towels to stay damp and develop an odor. I’m very eco-conscious, and I believe that if the towel warmers were functioning, guests wouldn’t feel the need to request fresh towels every day, which would be much better for the environment.
