Demasiado ruido en la noche!!

El hotel es bonito, tiene elevador, las habitaciones estaban limpias al igual que el baño, y la zona es muy buena, está eb el centro y a una distancia caminable de muchas cosas. Tienen un estacionamiento a dos cuadras que cierra a las 8 pero si llegas mas tarde tienes que ir al hotel para que te abran. Lo malo fue en la noche, fue demasiado ruidoso, se escuchaban las voces de otras habitaciones, hubo un sonido parecido a una bomba de agua hasta las 2 am.

El lugar que tiene este hotel es muy accesible, ya que se encuentra en el corazón de Puebla. Las personas que atienden son muy amables. El cuarto que nos asignaron , era muy comodo, tenía internet, agua caliente, secadora de cabello , conectores, una mesita para trabjar, suena sencillo, pero no todos los hoteles tienen estos elementos, espero volver para poder quedarme de nuevo ahí.

Confortable, pero necesita un aislante acústico.

Bien, aunque podía escuchar los sonidos de otros huéspedes, un bebé llorando en la noche y en otra, una pareja apasionada que me despertó muy temprano jaja, fue incómodo, porque era un viaje familiar 😂. La recepción, los pasillos y el restaurante muy lindos. La habitación fue pequeña, pero confortable. Estaría bien que siguiera el mismo estilo de diseño de la recepción y que tuvieran canales de Tv abierta, también unas macetitas en el patio de servicio. La coladera del lavabo no tenía rejilla y temía que se me cayera ahí el cepillo. Pero se agradece que no se desperdicie el agua, el baño está bonito. Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del zócalo. El personal fue muy amable.
