浜松駅近で安価に泊まれて、大浴場がついている点は評価できます。ただしそれ以上も以下も無い感じです。とにかく施設が古く、壁も薄くドアの密閉も甘い為、隣室の物音や廊下の声がほぼそのまま聞こえるため、快適に過ごすのは難しいでしょう。価格帯もあって、客層的にかなり遅くまで騒がしいです。また駅の高架の真正面の為、電車や新幹線以外にも貨物列車が深夜までひっきりなしに行き交う為、その点てもかなり騒がしく、快適に眠るのは難しいです。 部屋に関しては、禁煙タイプの部屋に泊まりましたが長年の積み重なりの所為かエアコンからは変な臭いがしました。 大浴場も設備が古く、水量も少なくシャワーも使いにくいため、あまり快適とは言えません。 浜松に観光をお手頃に楽しみたいのであれば、少し街中まで足を伸ばしてザザシティに入っているキャビンタイプのカプセルホテルに泊まるのが良いでしょう。
