please do not stay at this hotel

The hotel is with extremely poor hygiene mainly bathe room , smelling entrance, t.v. not working for cleaning starting t.v. we have to request and wait and wait , linen are poor quality , although breakfast was free , they said it is limit breakfast and only in room they give extra coffee and food i had to pay

This property is worth value for money. Large rooms with complete privacy. Very good breakfast and complementary services. They have made up for the odd location; which is not a problem at all if you can hire cabs, autos. I will recommend this hotel in Chennai for sure.

何故か、一階のレセプション傍の部屋を非常に強く勧められた。上の階が良いと言っても、それでも強く勧めるのである。 最終的には、上の階になんとかしてもらったが、やはり静かで正解だった。

Excellent accommodation but without access to food

As with my previous Treebo experience, this Treebo too had excellent linen, very comfortable bed, quiet ambience and pleasing staff. Bathroom and toilet facilities were superb. Breakfast, although quite sparse, was accommodating to our special dietary needs. Wifi was very good. Unfortunately, this hotel is located in the middle of "nowhere" as regards to food. Food has to be ordered from a restaurant which is 3 km away, or we have to travel to that restaurant by a car provided by the hotel (for which the charge is substantial with waiting charges extra, almost as much as a meal!) The hotel is located in an upscale residential area, and we enquired with neighboring residents about nearby restaurants and they confirmed there were none, and advised we take the hotel car because rickshaws would refuse to bring us back to this "remote" location. Clearly, this is a quiet and private residential locality, and I am surprised that the residents put up with this Treebo there; hotel guests are strangers and surely not welcome in this otherwise private area, where residents play shuttle badminton on the street. All my previous Treebo stays had restaurants in walking distance from Treebo, so this food access needs to be addressed if Treebo wishes to maintain uniformity across all its facilities.

Comfortable Stay wit homely food

Stayed for 11 days and felt as comfortable as at home. The only issue was the distance. The property is located deep inside from the main load and also not properly pinned to the google maps (always showed 9th cross, but the property is in 10th cross street)

Expedia problem

I booked through expedia. my hotel cancelled my booking when i used the "Pay at hotel" option . According to the front desk, this was because i did not check in at their usual check-in time. But I called the hotel before the check in time that I would need a late check in. When i checked in to the hotel at 11 PM, tired and ready to sleep, I was waiting for this issue to clear up.

Nice hotel clean and quiet.

I'm 6ft 4 and my legs hang over the bed too short but bed was comfortable and clean, as was the room. Taxi driver who was the hotel manager didn't carry change for the taxi ride which was unprofessional but was a nice man. Don't like how the staff sleep on the tiles in the reception. Nice staff. Good quiet location clean big rooms exelent aircon.

STAY AWAY,!

Immediately upon check-in, we were told we had booked two rooms. This was a mistake and they ASSUREDus AGAIN AND AGAIN that they would contact Hotels.com to reverse the charges. More than three weeks later, the charges still haven't been reversed in spite of getting in touch with them myself when I learned they weren't responding to Hotels. Apart from that, you are completely out of the way and too far from restaurants and stores.

Most peaceful & clean room while in India

The room and bathroom were te cleaness I experienced in my entire stay in India. The hotel is situated in a quiet residencial area within 20 drive from the airport (no shops or restaurants at walking distance). The premises (outside of the rooms could be attended to a little more in terms of cleaness (e.g. glass doors, elevator and other utilities), the breakfast was as basic as it gets; there were some incoherences amongst the team in place but overall, I recommend this hotel and would go there again. Good value for money.

とにかく部屋もバスルームもキレイです。 ただ、少しわかりにくい場所にあったのか単にタクシーの運転手さんが知らなかったのか空港から5kmくらいしか離れてないのに行くのに迷いました。夜中の便だったから余計かもしれませんね。でも行けばキレイで快適な部屋であることは間違いないです。 朝食は少し物足りなかったかな。 もう少し有名になればお客さんがもっと来るかも。 空港のプリペイドタクシーのカウンターの人も知りませんでしたからね。

Nice hotel on the banks of River Adyar

The Adyar river originates near the Chembarambakkam Lake in Kanchipuram district and is one of the two rivers which winds through Chennai and joins the Bay of Bengal. Treebo Adin is located at the bank of Adyar River. But most of the waste of Chennai is drained into Adyar and Coovum River. So sometimes you may want to close the window to prevent bad smell from coming into your room. Our room was new and had all the facilities. The hotel staff cleaned the room properly when we left the room during the day. We enjoyed our stay at Treebo Adin. However the location of Hotel is poor as mentioned above. The road to Hotel "Woodcreek County Road" is not an asphalt road. The wifi speed in the hotel was poor because hotel hadn't taken the unlimited Internet plan. When i reached the hotel, I experienced slow internet speed. The Hotel had hot water availability for 24 Hrs. All in all, It was a mixed experience but a comfortable stay at Treebo.

Luxurious rooms for a budget

My stay was excellent, the rooms are up to international standards, very clean and luxurious (considering the tarrif). Only drawback I found is the location, it's located inside a residential colony, so autos weren't available abundantly, I had to hail a taxi (online).The staff is very co-operative and courteous. I'll definitely stay there again.
