Convenient apartment

Roomy and convenient, especially full kitchenware for use. However, be prepared for own shampoo body wash etc on top of toothbrush and paste.

The common area to get to the apartment was dark and there was no light to safely use the stairs. Once you get to the rooms, the apartment is fine. Be careful, there is a washer, but no dryer. Clothing is air dried, Can take all night.

I am disabled and asked for a ground level unit as I was advised to do jn the past by their own customer service rep. I asked for this 2-1/2 months in advance. They told me I could have one at another property in a different part of the city. I specifically had a reason for staying in this neighborhood and this was my 3rd stay at this property. They refused to accommodate my request and told me next time I should choose a property with wheelchair access. I do not need a wheelchair. I just have trouble with stairs and dragging luggage up stairs. Really horrible people the just kept arguing. The unit was moldy and smelled like sewer and is poorly maintained. The shower temperature changes constantly and amenities were broken or missing. Very disappointing experience with rude and disrespectful staff. Never again!

Bra leilighet med det man trenger av ting på kjøkkenet, bra WC/ dusj- forhold, bra stue med sofa, TV, vifte og god dobbelt seng. Gode lysforhold også og sist men ikke minst stille og fredelig og ingen støy fra naboer eller trafikk. Kort vei til flere dagligvarebutikker hvor Spar anbefales sterkest, kort vei til flere restauranter, barer og kafeer og Ottakring T- banestasjon.
