I have stayed here twice now and both times it has been a wonderful experience. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard, and the rooms are clean, quiet, and spacious, with comfortable beds. The individuals who work there are very friendly and helpful, and both times they called a taxi to take me to the airport the next morning at my request. There is also a place immediately outside the hotel that serves delicious tacos -- perfect if you arrive later in the evening -- and a 7-11 down the street!

The hotel was good for the price. It has a restaurant inside so it makes it convenient to eat while you’re there. They offer a free breakfast which was tasty. The pool was great for the kids. However, inside the room they did not offer a refrigerator or microwave. They should really consider putting some in. The parking lot had ample space and it has security. Over all a good experience.

Best kept secret in Reynosa

El Camino is a very nice place to stay in Reynosa. The staff are all very friendly and professional and helpful. The grounds are very well maintained and clean. Room is cleaned immaculately everyday with fresh towels and linens. The hotel has a lovely courtyard with a pool and fountain as well as a great gym. Excellent air conditioning. Parking is very convenient, covered and privately maintained at all times. Very safe. There is a restaurant attached that offers breakfast daily, but i did not use during my stay. My room had a very nice working refrigerator with freezer, as well as a nice microwave and coffeemaker. El Camino is a nice pleasant oasis to stay while visiting the beautiful city of Reynosa and is in a great central location with access close to many ammenities

Service has gone from bad to worse!

The service of this hotel has gotten worse. I went to have a haircut done today .When i returned to the room ,the towels were taken by the housekeeper even before my scheduled checkout .I was planning to take a shower .I informed the Receptionist about it ,but she didnt care .She was pouting all the time and was unhappy when I interrupted her gossiping with another hotel worker . im a frequent guest here . there were a couple of times where the housekeeper will knock one or two times ,then just barged into the room .One time i was in the bathroom and another time i was still asleep . Seems some employees are acting like with gang members attitude . There were great Receptionists and housekeepers in the past ,but they have quit already .On the upside ,restaurant servers are great employees . Theyre very well mannered and do their job efficiently . BTW, they only provide one towel ,one soap for two guests . Its been going on now for several months . I dont think ,Ill be back .Ill do my business elsewhere!
