Hotel’s location is great! However, there are many things that stood up for example, the bed sheets were way too old and torn, hot water would barely come out, room 202 smells like the cooking oil from the business downstairs.

Rooms are very clean and All staff is extremely polite and accommodating. Had the best night sleep in ten years, king size bed was very comfortable. This building is over 500 years old and well maintained. Felt very safe walking the streets at 11:00 at night. I would definitely return.

Excellent location. A little noisy but expected that with location. Rooms ample & well appointed. We had a problem with water pressure in sink that was reported three times without resolution. There was also odor coming from under the wardrobe that could not be identified. Lobby staff not friendly or helpful. No one to assist with bags up stairs on arrival or departure.
