Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our room was very hot the first night due to the AC not working. The front desk did provide us with a fan, and the issue was resolved afterward, so we appreciated their responsiveness. The pool area was nice and well-maintained, and towels were provided, which was convenient. However, one downside was that there was no complimentary breakfast offered. The location is about 20–25 minutes from the island, so not too far. Overall, it was a decent stay. For future trips, we would probably look for a place that offers more complimentary amenities and is closer to the island.
