The service was exceptional. The check in staff were extremely attentive and personable. The free breakfast buffet was delicious and different day to day. The complimentary bike rental allowed us to easily explore the lakefront. The property is on an ecological center and there were daily sightings of monkeys around the property which was a highlight. Hotel arranged free taxi to and from the bus station which was slightly over 1 mile away. Would definitely stay here again.

很適合帶小孩來，下午兩點到十點有免費的冷泡紅茶、飲料、餅乾及泡麵。早餐也是豐盛不馬虎，算是cp值高的飯店！房間也算乾淨，有需求飯店也會提供，陽台可以看到日月潭美景。可惜熱水很燙要小心，浴室可以再加強一下，至少有免治馬桶蓋。

廁所的除濕能改善霉味會很棒 空間很大，服務人員人很好 此行拍婚紗也有幫忙升級房間 但早餐的部分因為隔天很早起也很貼心在前一天有提供餐盒 但比較可惜的是因為裡面有沙拉，不太敢吃隔夜沙拉，怕隔天拍照自己肚子敏感容易不舒服 如果能當日早上再提供餐盒會更好喔

夜7時以降は食べるものが自動販売機のカップラーメンしかありません。周囲にも飲食店もコンビニもないので、ご注意を。 自転車はみなボロボロでハンドルもガタガタで怖かったです。 でも、2連泊したためか無料にしてもらえたので文句は言えませんね。 レストランは床に髪の毛のかたまりが落ちていて不衛生でした。せっかく景色は綺麗なのに残念です。 台湾のホテルはこんなものですかね。。日本の方が値段も安く清潔だと感じました。
