The room was nothing like the one in the picture that we had reserved and some items in the tiny kitchen in the original room that we had been give were not clean. In this day and age a Microwave is kind of a standard in the kitchen, this hotel had none. After discussions with the lady at the front desk we were relocated to a different room which was very much appreciated. The lady at the counter was very pleasant and assisted us with other problems especially trying to using the laundry facilities. The lady at the counter made out stay that much easier and she should be congratulated.

Great convenient property (family of 5). Super easy access to central train station and grocery stores. Property was clean and spacious. The checkin hours say only till 4pm but we found out the front desk is open 24/7.

Perfect location for a family of 5 traveling to Munich - easy access to the main train station, nice to have so much room kitchen, good amenities. Only drawback was the noise at night - we were there during a very warm week, and needed to sleep with the windows open - lot of sirens. Even with that, would definitely stay there again and recommend to others!

Great Oktoberfest option

Friendly and comfortable stay in Munich during Oktoberfest. The hotel is walking distance to the fest, and the front desk staff were always so kind and helpful. The rooms do get quite loud at night due to their proximity to the train station— lots of people and vehicles outside making noise. But just bring some earplugs, and you’ll be fine. :)

Clean large rooms, great location

Clean, large room with a small kitchen that allowed us to spread out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location near the train station in a very lively and diverse neighborhood, yet still walkable to the center of town. Or grab the subway to virtually anywhere with ease. Munich is very loud, in general, and we heard some of that at night - even though we were there during the week!

Good Location and clean apartment. No AC!

Location was central to the city and very close to the train station which is what I was looking for. Comfortable room and lodging but definitely not a hotel experience. First, there was no air conditioning. I may have missed this in the description. There is no private parking but was able to find street parking later in the night. If going with family and kids, I would stay in a different location since this is right off the Main Street and very busy intersection. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Noisy street but such a nice hotel

Great hotel/apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, cleaned everyday. Walking distance (about 2 blocks) to the main train station and the pedestrian street center. Surrounded by shops. Dennis at the front desk was so kind, friendly and helpful to us. We’re grateful to him. The only problem with this hotel is the level of noise! Perhaps it was because we were at the first floor and we had to leave the windows open (no air conditioning) and the evening hours was very noise with people laughing, talking, playing, cars honking and police cars using their emergency claxon…

Hotel room is very dusty n noisy due to nearby constructions who started works 7am plus and room has no A/C as it's quite stuffy(need open windows)though in spring.Btw windows are facing main street n constructions.One side of the mattress is in bad condition(sunken). Night time can be noisy due to night clubs n casino.At least staffs are friendly but they can't help much with the situation.

Staff were great at the hotel. However, there was no drain plug in bath so we were unable to use the bath as a bath. Toilet flushing not the best. The sofa bed was terribled, bowed on the middle. The single beds were the same. My son daughter and my cousin all had difficulty sleeping and did not get food rest at night because of these. My cousin and my son back hurt after the first two days so I had to give my son ans my cousin our bed. For the price we paid we would have expected better furniture in the room.

The apartment was very spacious with well-equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony facing the courtyard. There’s no air-conditioning, but there were 2 electric fans. Heating was very efficient. One thing they could improve is the towels which were rather small and thin. The bedroom was facing the main road which can be quite noisy at night. The windows give good sound-proofing, but I couldn’t sleep with the windows open for ventilation. It may be better if we were on higher floors (we were on the 2nd floor).

Iso huone, riittävä meidän 5hlö perheelle, enemmänkin olisi mahtunut. Ilmastointi olisi ollut kiva, yöllä huoneessa oli melko kuuma ja ikkunoita ei viitsinyt pitää auki kovan liikennemelun vuoksi. Saavuimme omalla autolla, pysäköinti koituikin hyvin haastavaksi, sillä hallit olivat liian matalia meidän korkealle autolle (citymaasturi + suksiboksi). Kokonaisuudessaan kuitenkin hyvä kokemus.

The staff is very nice, the guy let us go to our room as soon as it was ready, we went before check in time, it was perfect bec we came from a long flight, we we're so tired. This place is close to the tourist spots in the city center. There's stores around, perfect spot to stay. They clean the room everyday with new towels. Perfect for families. Nice place.
