The sign is a digital kiosk and we had one apartment in one building and another across the street. There were signs all around showing charges if dishes were left 50€ etc. didn’t feel clean either. This was a spacious two bedroom flat which was suitable for us, the kitchen was well equipped and it was clean and tidy. There was not much noise and the entrance felt secure. After reading the reviews I phoned the company the morning of our arrival to get the check in details. They said most of the emails end up in the junk folder. The bathroom was quite small and a bit tired looking. It wouldn’t be great for 6 people staying. It was a convenient location and only took 10 minutes to walk to Rossio square, 5 minutes to Aldi and plenty of cafes and restaurants. It’s basic and simple, but clean and convenient.
