Dejligt hotel tæt på fantastisk strand! Flot stand og virkelig god rengøring. Ligger i forlængelse af andet hotel, hvor der er børn - ikke at man hører dem, men de kan spise morgenmad samme sted som “adults only”!

Nous avions une suite de luxe vue sur mer qui était très jolie, le petit déjeuner était bon ainsi que l’homme qui s’occupé du service qui était très serviable. Nous avions le droit à une bouteille de vin offert car je suis membre gold on a demandé de la changer avec une boisson soft cela a été refusé, c’est vraiment une première pour nous ! Dans tout les autres hôtels ça c’est toujours bien passé et ils étaient coopératifs! quand nous passions à l’accueil nous voyons clairement que les autres client était mieux accueilli que nous ! Le chien de la responsable de l’hôtel à faillit mordre mon marie et ça l’a fait rire sans excuse sans rien, elle a juste dit que c’était un « good dog » vraiment désolant!

Beautiful suites, rest not so much…

Modern and spacious suites. Room 304 had only partial sea view from the side. It was directly facing an unappealing building across a busy and loud road. Breakfast limited and so-so. The worst part was the area itself. I would not revisit Agia Marina and hence this place either. Full of busy car traffic, my ears and lungs were polluted from the noise and car fumes. Water at the beach great but the sand is dark and constantly wet (gruesome to look at).

Room spectacular but everything else blah!

Suites exactly like in the pictures. Alexa stopped working after the first day and the Samsung tablet to control the smart room would shut down due to drained battery when we would spend many hours outside without leaving the card on for power. Breakfast was poor but the limited offering was still tasty. Definitely not up to par with the suite class unfortunately. Had it not been included in the rate, we would not have eaten there. Other than the rooms themselves, there is absolutely nothing spectacular about this place. There are some sun beds on the floor below right above a very loud and busy street. There is no outdoors furniture to enjoy the view from the terrace on the top floor. What a waste of a perfect floor!

Be careful which room you choose !!

We stayed in the business suite which was amazing. The room was large and comfortable. Word of caution- the best rooms are amazing and the cheapest ones are really not very nice at all. The cheapest ones could be rear facing (so no sea view) and not only that, they are positioned along a courtyard so there is no privacy at all. It could mean you have to have the curtains drawn at all times. It is chalk and cheese between the best and worst rooms. If you’re thinking of splashing out and getting the business suite, I’d say do it. If you’re thinking of booking the cheap rooms, I’d say go look elsewhere. Chances are, you could find better rooms. We had an amazing stay in the suite (top floor) and I can’t fault it. Our friends who had the shittier rooms ended up hanging out at ours for sundowners.

Perfekt, kaum zu übertreffen.

Schöne und sehr moderne Einrichtung. Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend. Pool vorhanden(anders als angegeben) und schön leer. Und definitv 5* wert und nicht die 2* die Hotel.com angibt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

One of the most advanced IoT luxury hotel

Outside the Chania town, but excellent family run hotel. It has been equipped with the latest IoT technology, just one step behind of offering guests remote check-in and keyless capabilities. I am sure the owners will easily adapt during the next season.
