Quite nice hotel. Only issue is you want new towels you have to ask. And the condensation in the windows were quite bad in winter time as the water dripped on my bed.

The location is great and convenient, and room is clean but a bit tiny and cramped if intending to stay more than a few days. Reception staff is always helpful and speak English. Issues were resolved very quickly. For coffee lover, free flowing coffee 24/7.

Very cozy and small room. Bed is a little too soft for my preference. But all else are good. 5min walk to Taipei main station for train to airport and 8-10min walk to ximending.

I mainly booked the hotel for the location, which turned out to be even more valuable than I imagined (with easy access to all modes of transport, hundreds of options for all meals of the day and many must-visit attractions). The staff are friendly and very accommodating. There are free tea/coffee/drinking machines which I use every day. The rooms are small but cleverly designed and very good value for money. The bed is comfortable and conveniently doubles as a seat/couch. A long table/ledge runs beneath the window next to the bed, providing easy access to all my stuff, so there's no need to "spill" anything onto the floor/bed. There's also a convenient corner for the suitcase, keeping the walkway clear. The bathroom is modern and not too small compared to the size of the room. The design gives me a lot of confidence that proper cleaning can be easily done between stays. The only drawback is the sink is unnecessarily small (plane lavatory size) and water spills out every time.

スタッフさんがとても親切で、過ごしやすいホテルでした。 室内は綺麗で過ごしやすく、同価格帯のホテルには窓のない部屋も多かったのですが、このホテルは大きな窓があり、外の景色を見れて良かったです。 台北駅からも近く、ホテルの周りには食べ物屋さんやコンビニも沢山あり、立地はとても良かったです。 一点だけ、立て付けの具合なのか、シャワーを使用するとどんなに気をつけてもシャワーブースから洗面台のあるスペースの方に水が漏れていってしまうのだけが気になりました。部屋には水がいかなかったので、問題は無いのでしょうが、洗面台の床が水浸しになるのはちょっと申し訳ない感じでした。 その他は設備、立地、スタッフの方の対応等、完璧でした！

In my opinion, this is one of the most convenient places to stay in Taipei. Once you get the hang of the train stations and its exits, you'll find that this is easily one of the most accessible hotels in the area. The area has almost everything you need once you walk out of the door. A 7/11, Family Mart, cafes, food, etc. Also, I loved the view from my window. All of the staff were so friendly and nice. 10/10 would stay here again.
