Wonderful helpful staff, immaculate clean room. We had a great time visiting Alicante at the festival time. The hotel and staff made our stay so easy with letting us check in early and allowing us to store our cases after check out. The breakfast was delicious too and very good value for money. Our corner Deluxe bedroom (Room8) with 3 amazing windows was amazing. Bed was very comfortable the decor was very authentic. However the shower area does need to be replaced.
