It was exactly what I needed. The place isn't a resort, but if a clean room, good bed, working a/c, TV, and shower with hot water is what you need, at a reasonable price, this covers it. There were no (zero) pictures on the wall, no lamps for reading (but well lit from overhead), towels were not giant sized or new, and some moron had scratched his initials in the back of the door (not the hotel's fault but it needs painting. None of that really mattered to me, it was clean and seemed safe. I think it is a working guys' hotel and they don't care (nor do I) about the pool (closed) or fancy amenities. It well covered the basics and i was good with the place at almost half the cost of a chain hotel a couple of miles away.

Even though this hotel is older than one right down the road don’t let that fool you. It’s just as nice. It is nice and clean. We chose Rocky Creek Inn because of the jet tub in the room. It was a great stay and we will be back again when we can take a a break away from the kids and animals of home haha.

Pleasant Stay

This was a return to a hotel I've stayed at before. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom toilet wobbled an the sink faucet when used water leaked out the base, but they are still working on updates and I would stay here again. My service dog was welcomed and had a place to explore when needed.

We were very glad to have a nice place to stay overnight with our little dog. There were plenty of places to walk her and also places close by to eat. Parking was plentiful, it was quiet and the manager was very helpful. Downside was that there was no coffee maker in the room, but we bought coffee the day before and heated it up in the microwave. There was a nice mini-fridge also so we were thankful. This isn’t a fancy place but it is very nice, was adequate for our needs, and the manager was great!

The staff was incredibly friendly and the property itself wasn't that bad. However since this hotel is relatively in the middle of nowhere, there was an incredible amount of bugs in the hotel room (mostly spiders, killed at least 20 large ones, 30 babies and couple of roaches). It was a little scary but maybe we're just city people😊

The staff here - super nice. The outside of the property extremely clean. My room was cool and quiet and for the most part very clean. My only concerns were that there is no small lamp, just really bright recessed lighting, & there were some stains on my sheets. None of these things impacted my stay. It was pleasant and I will definitely return.

On our way home from a trip to Miami Fl. Needed a one night stay. Did not know the area. It was ok for a place to shower and sleep. Towels are horrible pillows are awful. It was pretty chilly and it was a sheet and very thin cover on the bed, so we kinda got a little cold in the middle of the night. But it was very clean and right off the highway. Room was very roomy. For a one night was ok.

I got here late at night and didn’t expect to have to check in through a window, so that made me nervous as a female by myself. They did call me to confirm what time I was going to arrive, which was appreciated. The room was fine, but could have used a lamp for some extra coziness. The water pressure was great, the tv and internet worked well, and the bathroom and beds were clean. The pillows seemed good quality, too. It was cold outside, so I used the heater and had no issues with that, either. I probably wouldn’t stay here alone again, however, with my spouse or a friend, I would definitely consider it for the price.
