This is my 4th times to check in Onsen style hotel with dinner (Kaiseki-ryori) but it’s the worst one.
1. Check in experience: it’s running super fast and the staff seems not cared about whether we got it or not, just keep it a routine. I could understand he probably runs 5~10 times a day, but please give your new customers some time to digest. When booking transportation service, their staff not happy to accept our wish to change time.
2. Dinning experience: Their staff (either Indian <— look alike or Japanese) seem eager to rush their customers. We sit in like 18:30, at 18:50 we are about to finish our main dish. At 19:10, we complete the whole set. I guess it’s because they want to get off from work at 20:30.
3. Onsen: their private Onsen is dirty. Used towels left, sandy feel floor, spring not warm enough. It’s better to enjoy it in your own room. Spring water is good.
4. Toilet: we lived in 1st floor. The toilet window is open at hallway side. Basically, when we are doing it, other guests walking by can totally feel it. It’s not comfortable.
5. No service after 21:00, when you want another comfort, please make sure you ask for it earlier.
