The staff were absolutely amazing — truly the best experience! Special shoutout to Ana Regina and Aucki (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names!) for going above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, especially with our kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as advertised — everything exceeded our expectations both inside and out. From the family-friendly atmosphere to the comfortable, clean room, every detail was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

I enjoyed my two nights here mainly oŵing to its location and the care given me throughout my stay by staff and particularly by the receptionist on duty when I arrived. He kept an eye on me (an old man with mobility limitations), told me where to buy gluten free crispbread, and made sure caught my train when I left. The hotel has extensive facilities for the active guest. The room was large and comfortable. The buffet mesks from breakfasf on were good with s fair choice including my need for gluten free food. The other highlight was enjoying the children on thd nursery slopes at the end of the hotel drive.

Everything was perfect! Wr loved and enjoyed our stay so much. The only detail we found was in the kids area, which was quite dirty (no talking about kids dirty), but a lot of dirt and and spider webs. Besides that, everything excellent!

To hot in rooms (25 degrees) and told by staff that we couldent turn it down. (Said that we needed a code from staff to do it on the wall). Breakfast and dinner to expensive. We went out to eat instead for a lower price. The rest amazing.

Felt like you enter a massive cruise ship when walking in the hotel. Everything had to be asked from the reception: opening the safety box, getting soap and other ameneties. Parking 15€ / day is ridiculous in this area. Pool open for kids until 7pm? Both nights there were kids well past this time and no one in duty.

Zimmer war ok, wenn man sich nicht zu genau umsieht. Das Bett war das Angenehmste an dem Aufenthalt. Die Zimmeraufteilung war vielleicht gut gedacht, aber irgendwie etwas merkwürdig... Die Lage und die Aussicht waren super. Das anwesende Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings viiieel zu wenig. Ein Mitarbeiter für Theke/Bar und Getränke-Service beim Essen zum bedienen und kassieren, was zu erheblichen Wartezeiten bei vielen Gästen geführt hat. Und ein All You Can Eat Buffet für 30€ pro Person anzupreisen bei dem es etwas trockenen Scheinebraten mit einem Klecks Soße und dazu Spaghetti oder Spätzle mit Tomatensoße und Käse überbacken anzubieten. Oder trockene Nuggets mit Pommes, und einen Gemüse Bratling als Vegetarisches Gericht..... Das ist eine Frechheit. So ein schlechtes und viel zu überteuertes Kantinenessen hab ich noch nirgends angeboten bekommen, und ich bin dienstlich viel unterwegs und ständig in Hotels. Für Selbstversorger zum Schlafen ok, aber vom Essen kann ich nur ganz deutlich abraten. Fairer Weise muss ich sagen, das wir das Frühstück gar nicht erst versucht haben, nachdem das Abendessen/Buffet so ein Reinfall war. Die Krönung war dann noch ein Absacker an der Bar. Erst lange auf Bedienung gewartet und feststellen müssen dass auf der Barkarte keine Preise oder Inhaltsstoffe ausgewiesen sind.... Die Rechnung für 4 Getränke war dann auch noch sehr "saftig"
