Booked last minute as we didn’t like our initial hotel. Hyatt was absolutely amazing. Forgot the male staff member’s name at check in but we asked for an upgrade to a nice view room and this was granted plus welcome drinks on the house. Rooms are a good size, hotel is in top notch condition and very clean. Breakfast was good quality and fresh daily. Will stay again when visiting Santiago in the future. Staff was professional and friendly throughout our stay.

This is a very nice hotel in a very nice area. It’s walkable to shopping, transportation and dining. The area is very clean and felt very safe. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant was very good. I would recommend this hotel. The worst part was slow elevators, so not much to complain about!

My husband and I stayed for a total of four nights. The hotel is in a very clean and upscale neighborhood with lots of dining options that are within a short walking distance. There’s also a nearby metro station that is easy to use and navigate. The room was spacious, well designed, comfortable and clean. Staff also friendly and accommodating. We would stay there again.

Great staff, location, and experience

What a wonderful experience staying here. The staffs are very accommodating and super nice. The breakfast is amazing, and so are the room service, pool, shower, and so many things. They were very understanding about check in and check out. The best part about this place is the amenities, everything is nice and new, and they are doing more renovations, which was very surprising considering how everything feels new! Also, great location in terms of being close to a lot of food and shopping centers. I look forward to coming back to what I now see as my second home in Santiago, Chile!

Family of 5 in 2 rooms in early January

This was a family trip and we had two rooms. The hotel was very nice and the area was very nice. We felt safe in the day and the evening. We were not out really late or anything. We would stay there again. the paid parking under the hotel was safe. the gate was not working when we left and had to go back up to get help but I'm sure this was isolated incident. Rodrigo at the front desk helped us check in and he was very nice and helpful.

Terrible! Americans and Europeans be warned! If you want to pay $150-$200 a night to kick up your feet by all means! If you need ANYTHING, I mean anything you will be sadly mistaken. Worst service of my life here. And I almost never leave a bad review so that’s saying a lot! Avoid this place like the plague there is much better around for these prices!

Por ser um Hyatt achei o atendimento frio. Cheguei por volta das 11:30 no hotel, perguntei se tinham disponibilidade de early chick e a resposta foi que apenas com sobretaxa de US$ 60,00. Expliquei que meu check out seria muito cedo, as 7hs da manha e não acreditava ser conveniente pagar para fazer early check in, mas infelizmente apenas me liberaram o quarto depois das 13:30, porque voltei ao hotel depos do almoço e fiquei esperando na recepção. Pedi ajuda para abrir minha mala que travei o código e o pessoal do front desk não fez absolutamente nenhum esforço para me ajudar, apenas me disseram para procurar uma loja no shopping. Por fim, também tive problema para pagar um taxi de apenas US$10,00 pois o motorista não aceitava cartão de crédito, pedi ajuda e me informaram que eu teria que procurar um caixa elotronico e o mais perto seria no metro. Ter um caixa eletronico no proprio hotel seria muito conveniente para os hospedes.Hoje em dia é dificil carregar dinheiro em espécie. Enfim, hotel com boa localização, lugar tranquilo e com boa limpeza, porém o serviço de atendimento me pareceu indiferente com as necessidades dos hospedes.

Mold, Mildew, and Bad Service

The room—especially the bathroom—was absolutely filthy. There was visible mold, mildew, and other grime on the floor. When we reported this to the front desk, an employee named Oscar dismissively asked, “Well, why didn’t you tell us earlier?” That response was shocking and unprofessional. We eventually spoke with the manager, who was attentive and considerate, but cleanliness and basic courtesy should be standard, not something you only receive after lodging a complaint.
