Not so great

I will say that the room was very clean and has a good location. That's the only good thing. It was a very boring room. Definitely no extras. The day we checked in the toilet was broken. I understand things break. We also knew they were not on the premises 24/7 but had a 24 hour number. We had to call the number to get help after 5pm and they told us about an 20 minutes to come and fix the toilet. After almost an hour we called again and they said just another10 minutes. After another hour they arrived and fixed it. Later that night it broke again and we called several times and they never answered. We could not reach anyone on the phone number so we had no toilet all night and in the morning we had to wait for the desk worker to arrive at 8:00 am and she called and got somebody to come and fix it. If you want a bare bones room to sleep in with no help from the management then go ahead and stay there.

Wonderful ladies running the hotel. Answered questions, friendly, breakfast was very good. Kept room clean daily but most of all the best thing about the hotel was the location. Walked to Basilica and restaurants. Taxi station was across the street for travel to other sites farther away. The 6 nights there in Rome was absolutely wonderful!

Great location with easy access to Vatican, dining and shopping. The room was clean comfortable and had a modern feel inside the room with a Rome feel to the building. The elevator was so cute. We loved our stay here.

C'est un tout petit hotel de 6 à 7 chambres au 3ème étage d'un bel immeuble très proche du vatican et proche d'une station de metro. Sachez qu'en ce moment tout Rome est en travaux!!!! la chambre était spacieuse mais avec peu fonctionnelle pour le rangement des affaires (quasi pas d'étagère accessible dans l'immense penderie). Très peu de prise de courant disponible. 1 seule dans la salle de bain. le personnel n'est présent que par intermittence à notre accueil et pour le petit déjeuner. L'ascenseur très vieillot a fait disjoncter tou l'immeuble et il a fallut attendre 1 heure pour retrouver le courant. Personne sur place pour s'en occuper. La personne d'accueil qui faisait le check in out, ménage et petit déjeuner a été très aimable et serviable quand elle était là. Accès au métro à 500mètres.

It's on the third floor of a apartment building, it's only staffed 2-9pm. They charge a silly big fee for later check in no matter why, we where 9:30pm due to train issues and it was $25. My biggest annoyance was they made it seem like a large hotel, not a apartment with limited staff.
