This place was perfect, right out side Vatican City wall. The staff was so helpful and accommidating with anything we needed. Communication about check in was amazing, and they were able to meet us the moment we got to the hotel even though check in was not for 4 more hours. Felt super safe at the resort, and again location was just what I wanted.

The staff are excellent !! Very welcoming, courteous, accommodating. They make themselves available if you have any questions on how to get around safely. Natalie is so accommodating. She finds ways on how to help you- your stay and other inquiries about tours and travels around. Ruth is marvelous! She makes sure the room is clean everyday. She also makes sure that you have a good breakfast nicely prepared and healthy food. And the place is in close proximity to places I wanted to go. Very accessible and it’s like a home away from home. I recommend this place specially for single traveler / wanderlust. I’m going back next year and will stay again here. I will bring other friends with me next time. Thank you Thank you very much.
