We had a fantastic one night stay here. Even in a short visit everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, with the roast and breakfast being real highlights. Both were cooked to perfection and clearly had high quality ingredients. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well maintained, with everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Just spent 3 nights at the brown horse, very pleasant stay.Great food and drink, a choice of ales. Very friendly staff, great service. Dog friendly rooms were good size and very comfy, even got a welcome pack for the dog. Very clean, with everything you needed, overall very nice stay, will definitely revisit.
