I have stayed in this hotel many times, the elevator wasnt working for 3 days, so we had to use the stairs, i travel with a family member thats 67, after a long day of work those stairs felt eternal, hotel room service was not up to par as the other times, ordered a Arrachera Taco order, got in the shower, came out order was there but with no tortillas, who sends tacos with no tortillas ? ... order was cold by the time they went up with the tortillas up the stairs, not the best visit

El hotel tiene una acústica muy mala entre habitaciones, podía escuchar perfectamente la conversación de la habitación de alado. El estacionamiento es pequeño para el acomodo, se estacionaron dos vehículos grandes junto a mi y no podía salir, que acomoden a las camionetas grandes en otro lugar. Todo esto es manejable, pero lo que si no es manejable es que en la noche el agua caliente NO salía en la ducha... uno espera bañarse después de llegar de la carretera y no poder es muy frustrante.
