I never usually complain. horrible communication . I understand it’s in Spain, but if your going to list your apartment with a International company like Expedia , you should speak English. The apartment had NO air-conditioning! No Wi-Fi! Very small. There were two air-conditioning units but neither one of them worked . 😞 Me and my children could not stay. Left & got a hotel.

The Host was punctual in meeting up for the keys both on arrival and departure. The location was very handy in a quiet neighborhood near Plaza de España, the building had an elevator, The apartment was clean. suitable for traveling with a family and had a full kitchen as well as laundry machines.

Bugs, bugs, and more bugs. This is a tough review. The owner was nice, location was fantastic, but there were bugs everywhere!!!

Appena arrivati abbiamo dovuto aspettare due ore in un bar in quanto l'appartamento non era pronto. Abbiamo chiamato più volte la proprietaria ma o non rispondeva al telefono o quelle poche volte che lo ha fatto ci chiudeva il telefono in faccia ripetendo che l'appartamento sarebbe stato pronto dopo due ore. La casa è grande ma le camere piccolissime. Il letto scomodissimo. Ogni giorno ci siamo svegliati con i dolori ovunque (anche i ragazzi di 13 e 15 anni!) In più abbiamo trovato anche due scarafaggi!!! L'unica cosa positiva la posizione! A tre fermate dal centro. Per il resto...mai più!
