Excellent service. Free shuttle to and from Tendo station. They also managed to keep and deliver our luggage to station after check out. There is a tax free shop and supermarket within walkable distance. Dinner and breakfast is good and fulfilling. Onsen is relaxing.

Honestly, I’m blown away at the service and luxury of our stay. Every person who helped us was kind and patient with us even though we speak no Japanese. The food courses were amazing, I felt I was at a 5 star restaurant for breakfast and dinner I left so satisfied. On top of this the Onsen rooms were so clean and luxurious I felt I was in my own private spa. The room was HUGE from what I’ve become accustomed to in other stays in Japan. We had a private Onsen in our room and an open air bath which I thoroughly enjoyed. The photos did not do this place justice, I felt I had a truly Japanese experience staying here and I would HIGHLY recommend you to stay here if you get the opportunity.

リニューアルしてとても綺麗でした。空きがあったからとアップグレードしてくださり。そこからはじまってスタッフさんは皆とても親切で、素敵なおもてなし。温泉も綺麗でとても良かったです。そしてフレードリンクスペースもありがたいし、温泉にあるお水もありがたい。なのにお部屋にはお水がなく、そこだけが残念。お部屋で喉カラカラ。お食事も美味しくいただけて、とても素敵な滞在となりました。

天童木工の家具があちらこちらに置いてあり素晴らしい。畳も館内全体に敷かれており、小さい子供が歩いても安心。畳は階段やお風呂まで敷かれていたため驚いた。 ご飯は魚も肉も美味しかった。ただ、量がやや少なかった。お米が美味しかったので、たくさんおかわりしました。 日本酒も色々あり、楽しめました。 お風呂も露天風呂がよかった。湯温もちょうどよく、子供も楽しめました。 スタッフもみんな笑顔で対応してもらい、気持ちよかったです。「ほほえみ」を謳っているのに相応しい対応でした。 また行きます。
