Cet auberge été l’idéal auparavant au temps « bluebellebypillow » Depuis le changement du nom de l’hôtel, le confort de l’hôtel s’est réduit, il n’y a plus de réception. Il y’a uniquement un couple de Philippin qui s’occupe du Check out et du nettoyage, qui ont l’air d’ailleurs très fatigué je pense du au multiples tâches qui leur sont attribués. Auparavant la réception avec les fille était beaucoup harmonieuse et plus sûre. Le changement de nom a aussi effectué un changement de « décoration » mais ça n’a pas changer le confort des chambres, cela l’a même réduit…travaux et changement de mobilier mais l’insonorisation est toujours présente, sur les lit il n’y qu’un draps plat, alors qu’avant il y avais un drap plat couette, maintenant la couette qui est minuscule est rangé dans le placard mais surtout elle n’ai pas muni de housse de couette, j’ai trouver ça ignoble sur le point de vue hygiène et esthétique. Au passage des personne effectu encore des travaux, à 7h du matin ils débarquent et font énormément de bruit puisque que le problème de l’insonorisation est toujours caduque. J’aimais vraiment l’ancienne organisation est équipement de l’ancienne non porté par l’auberge. A part des changement esthétique, l’essentiel n’a pas ete travaillé. Je note quand même que may est une personne très respectueuse et serviable. La bouillotte et les bouteille d’eau qui était auparavant présente dans l’ensemble des chambre à disparue… à la place fontaine d’eau et café à l’entrée

Muy bien el hotel está situado en la milla de oro . Es muy limpio y muy cómodo para moverse entre Marbella y puerto banus . Personal muy amable . Hotel reformado al estilo moderno . Hay aparcamiento gratis cerca o justo en frente . Y un restaurante al lado para poder desayunar o comer y otros alrededor para poder incluso cenar . Muy cómodo y conveniente de precio respecto a los precios de esa alta temporada en Marbella

A evitar!

AISLAMIENTO ACÚSTICO INEXISTENTE, cama y almohada incómoda, decoración horrible, servicio inexistente. Lo único positivo es que la habitación es espaciosa. La habitación que me dieron conectaba con la habitación de al lado por una puerta que tenía una apertura inferior de un dedo de grosor. Es decir: el sonido y la luz de la habitación contigua pasaba sin problemas. Las 2 noches que pasé en el hotel (al que fui por trabajo) me las pasé sin poder dormir más de 5 horas porque mis vecinos llegaban sobre la 1h de la madrugada, hablando fuerte y parecía que estuviesen gritando dentro de mi habitación.
