Amazing location, scenery and views! The area around the hotel is beautiful, and so many things to see within easy walking and driving distance. The on-site Onsens were also great! Parts of the property are getting old and worn, but otherwise clean and well kept. The included buffet breakfasts and dinners were an unexpected bonus!

The location is slightly difficult to get to as a foreigner (I speak very little Japanese but can read a little bit) but once there it was an incredible experience. Easily one of the nicest locations and hotels I’ve stayed in.

The hotel is quite old and could be in need of some renovation. The area itself is pretty dead during the winter. Only reason to stay here is for the ice festival if you are not driving. The staff were friendly and the included meals are a stellar deal. Could be better during the other seasons.

受付、レストランともにスタッフの対応はとても丁寧で良かった。外国人スタッフも丁寧な日本語を話せてもてなしもしっかりしているので違和感なく過ごせました。 不満は部屋の扉関係、掃除、備品です。 入り口の扉、トイレの扉、シャワー室の扉すべて遮音性が低く音や声がそのまま聞こえる。ベッドの下の清掃が行き届いていない。洗面所備品がほぼ無い（ロビー横から手持ち）。シャワー室のソープやシャンプーの量が少ない。様々な事情で温泉に浸かれない人もいると思うので、シャワー室の備品はきちんと揃えてほしい。
