I immediately take off stars for hotels not providing daily housekeeping. At check-in I was handed a typed paper stating that the hotel has “recently begun sanitizing high contact areas” to keep me safe. Recently? It’s 2026, not 2020. If you are not going to provide daily housekeeping, you are no different than a VRBO or AirBnb. As an upscale hotel you should provide daily housekeeping, no excuses!
