When I entered the facility to check in the front desk lady was very rude and unprofessional. She proceeded to say the pool was closing at a particular time when the pool closed at 10pm. She assumed that more people were staying in my room when it was just my daughter and myself. I felt unwelcome and unwanted at that hotel.

This place needs a serious overhaul. Seems like a cracking foundation. Walls cracked. Ceiling had terrible patches from leaking and the paint in the bathroom was peeling from the ceiling like it had an active leak. Bed tables had cigg burns, linens were dirty. Couch and chairs were dirty. Huge red stain on the rug. Light bulb flopping around in the lamp, lamp was just unplugged instead of even removing the broken bulb. Then they charge me $75 for my dog being there for an hour and a half like she can damage the room anymore than it already is. Have some pride Hilton brand.
