Good location with nice view towards the water. Walkable distance to many restaurants, and a supermarket within 3 minutes walk. Spacious lobby with table tennis equipments. Breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly. I would definitely come back!

The Steam Hotel is unbelievable. I did not expect such a great facility. We were in Vasteras to visit our son who is studying there, and I booked this hotel with my fingers crossed. Staying at the Steam Hotel was a great experience and if our son stays in Vasteras we will stay there again.

Allt var verkligen toppen men man får ändå känslan av att man slussas. Tidspassning på incheck, tidspassning på bad, på middag, på frukost. Inte mycket över för spontanitet men jag fattar när det är så stort komplex att allt måste vara schemalagt. Håll med om att det är liiite tråkigt.

Vistelsen var bra men vi hade inte en jättebra upplevelse under frukosten. Trots att det var tre uppdelningar av tider (vi valde 09:30-10:30), så var det otroligt mycket folk så vi knappt lyckades hitta en sittplats. Det kanske är något ni bör se över. Annars var allt annat bra!

Trevlig personal, fantastisk frukost. Rummet var fint, om än lite slitet på sina ställen. Det saknades dricksglas på rummet vilket var lite märkligt. Ett eluttag i badrummet hade lossnat från väggen. Ett av borden i rummet hade tappat sin färg fläckvis. Lite sådana saker. Lite fläckar på mattan osv. Överlag ett väldigt intressant och trevligt hotell, som med lite bättre underhåll av rummen och lite bättre koll på detaljerna hade varit fantastiskt.
