It's a problem that the parking lot is so far away from the hotel. The hotel is located within the city walls. So, there is no elevator. We have to carry our luggage upstairs with difficulty. The manager is very nice.

WOW what an amazing find, right in the heart of Split. The apartment is stunning and super clean. Perfect for our overnight stop, the accommodation is split level with a double bed in each, very comfy beds and fully equipped with all we needed. Location is amazing

Amazing location just metres from the historical centre of split. Close to lots of cafes and restaurants. The room was spacious and well equipped. Nice sitting area, good air conditioning. Included breakfast was at a lovely cafe in the square. Owner is happy to help and waited for us an hour after the 10 pm check in when our train was delayed. Highly recommend them .

Luka the host was great. Constant communication up to and including our stay. He met us outside early in the morning and kept our bags so we could go touring. The location is right in the center of the old walled city and next to the Diocletian Palace. The marina, ferry and cruise port are within walking distance. We walked from our cruise ship to the hotel in about 15 minutes. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Overall a great stay.

The Pylon Rooms are located right in the Diocletian Palace. Some of the walls of the rooms are from the original walls. It is a stone's throw to the best restaurants, the Palace square where free concerts are held every night. The included breakfasts are excellent from a local restaurant. Luka, the owner is so helpful and accommodating. Cannot recommend the Pylon Rooms enough.

Luka was wonderful. He arranged a car to pick us up at the airport and to take us back also. It cost the ride because it was a taxi service. They cleaned the room and fresh towels.plus for the youtubers D16 coffee shop is only two feet away. This place is in the heart of everything. We enjoyed alot. Thank you Luka.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pylon Rooms. The room (Pylon 3) was cute, clean, comfortable and quiet. The central location was perfect. Luka was proactive with sending check in instructions. We went with the airport pick up option which ended up being a wise choice. Our flight arrived late and Luka waited for us and shared the history of the area on the drive to Split. He was proactive with sending check in instructions. Check in and check out was easy. Highly recommend staying at Pylon Rooms.

Pylon rooms were the perfect way to wind up our 2-week stay in Croatia. Owner Luka was very proactive and made sure we had all the info in advance to locate our property (a tricky thing inside the Palace area and its winding corridors). He even provided pictures so everything was clear, from the look of the door to the keypad, codes, etc. Most helpful. He responded quickly to all communications, and stopped by to ensure we were happy and comfortable, while providing some suggestions for local, authentic food (Restaurant Sug is delicious!). The room was very clean, nicely proportioned and quiet. The location was just far enough form the epicentre of the Palace to be quite yet still very central. We highly recommend Luka & Pylon rooms for a stay in Split.

Room with a very tiny bathroom

This room is in a great location, but difficult to find. The room was quiet,small with a very tiny bathroom my husband kept hitting his head on the sink. I didn't like having to use the thin,rough bath towels for 2 days. We were told upon arrival that we needed to use our towels for 2 days. If the towels were thicker I would not of mind it. The breakfast was delicious. I just didn't think this room was a 4 star more like a 3 star rating.

This place is inside Diocletian’s palace, which has its pros and cons. The room we had was super cool with its old stone walls and updated amenities. It is very close to lots of dining and shopping but is kind of tucked away, so despite the crowds it was still pretty quiet. The room itself was nice and clean. We had a room with two levels. The downstairs got pretty cold at night but overall the room was very comfortable. The bathroom, however, is TINY, and we had an issue with the shower draining properly, but the owner was super responsive and quick to address the issue. Getting to the room was slightly cumbersome since you can’t drive a car into the palace. We had to drag our luggage a little ways, but the owner met us on the street and helped us with our things and showed us the way. He even offered to pick us up at the airport, but we had already booked another driver. All things said, I was very happy with our stay and would highly recommend… if you don’t mind a tiny bathroom. :)
