The property is located on a quiet gated street which is quiet and safe.
The staff at Hotel Pasko are very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room and property could use a handyman to stay on top of some maintenance items, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Great room especially for the price.
The gentlemen here were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Enjoyed the location as it was easy to walk to many places, as well as tips on places to visit or avoid during my time. Room was nice and big. Only stayed for one night but would have been a great room if I had stayed for more.

Great Place!
The hotel is in downtown Santiago de Chile, located on a very quiet street ends on a residential area. It a very cozy place, makes you feel home. The hotel has its own restaurant which seems to be the best known secret is town as for lunch is very popular. Plenty of seating including a very nice outdoor terrace. The place is super clean and confortable, perfect location close to everything and safe.

The staff here is fantastic. Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect. There are lots of restaurants and cafes right around the corner. It’s walkable to many points of interest, and there is a metro station just around the block. Even though the hotel is in a central area, it’s on a quiet street and it doesn’t get noisy at all.

Lovely staff. Good breakfast. Room a little small, but fine and clean. No sitting areas but not that big of a deal. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Location was perfect (safe cul-de-sac, subway across the street, restaurants close by, Plaza des Armas within five blocks…).

I really wanted to rate this property higher because the staff was excellent, and it was in a great location.
But, we had a room that was at the front of the building. There’s a motion light across the street that went in and off all night. Plus, the hotel’s front door bangs when it opens and closes in the night, as well, sound travels up the stairs, and echos into rooms.
This hotel has a lot of potential, but I found it too noisy to enjoy.

Very friendly people. But the property needs a LOT of attention. The room we got had broken glass on the wardrobe, peeling paint, broken baseboards, exposed electrical wires in the bathroom, terrible shower drain that we couldn’t even shower properly. Wifi also unreliable. The booking supposedly had free breakfast but there was no breakfast ready. Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from but our stay was not at all comfortable.

I stayed for 6 nights in this hotel. The neighbourhood is safe and convenient. Metro station in 1-min walk.
I took an Uber from airport and arrived the hotel at 11PM and I felt safe, even the hotel was located at the end of an alley which the Uber / taxi can only drop you off in the main street.
There are quite many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Plaza de Armas will be just walk straight to the left for 5 blocks with 10-min walking distance. Santa Lucia hill, a park and the national museum of Fine Arts is in 5-min walking distance. All of them are highly recommended to visit.
Perfect breakfast. Room is not very spacious but good enough, not too small. Bed is cozy. Staffs are nice and offered help.

We enjoyed staying at this property. The rooms were on the small side, but still a cute hotel. The rooms have air conditioning which was much appreciated during 90F summer weather in Santiago. The downside to the AC is that the temperature was set to 22C (burr) with a note to not adjust the temperature. As a result, it was either freezing cold with the AC on, or you left the AC off and the temperature creeps up over time.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
In order to get early checkin, you need to pay a $40 fee. You are able to store your luggage for free. We were able to get into our room about one hour early with no charge.
Breakfast is included, but we left super early for the airport and were not able to partake.
The hotel has an elevator which is nice for bringing up luggage.

We stayed 6 nights total, split between a trip to Rapa Nui for the amazing Moai. Check in/outs we're easy, and every individual on the team was friendly at every encounter morning or night. With our limited Spanish, several of team communicated in English to us which was very helpful. One day our room door key pad stopped functioning and the technician was immediately available to reset it and let us back in. To ensure no further issues, and without us asking, they upgraded us to a larger room. I must mention all rooms we're very nice with plenty of hot water in the showers. The breakfast, including cappuccino, was lovely every morning with scrambled eggs fruit toast jam meat cheese and muffins. A couple of times they were gracious in offering it early to accommodate our schedule. At lunch their cafe served delicious homemade meals (of the day) at reasonable prices. We kept having lunch there, along with all the locals which hints at how delicious it is. Weather permitting you can eat outside in the courtyard. There was a small bakery just outside the gated entry, with tons of restaurants all around. Just ask the staff where to go for additional shops and restaurants that you'll feel safe walking to in the evening hours. As far as location, everything you'd want to have nearby is within walking distance - the main square with hop on hop off bus, cathedral, museums, restaurants. We even walked to the Opera House for a tour. We absolutely loved this hotel and would return!

Have to ask to change temperature in room
Would not recommend this hotel. We only stayed for one night, and the breakfast was fine. The major issue is that one can not control their own temperature in any of the rooms. Literally there is no operable thermostat or way to change the temperature in your room. You have to go down to the front desk and tell them what temperature you would like.
This is ridiculous for anyone who likes different temperatures when awake versus when going to sleep. Or really ridiculous in general.
We had to switch rooms because the first one we were assigned, even they couldn't figure out how to change the temperature so it was stuck blasting cold air out. The next room was nicer and we were able to tell them the temp for the night, but this was unnecessarily annoying.
The price was low but they charged additional taxes that hotels.com told us would be included in the original price. So wasn't as affordable as anticipated.
Staff was friendly though.
Odd location.
