All staff were helpful, particularly Greg. I don't recall ever staying anywhere that was so quiet - bliss for sleep-deprived travellers. My only criticism is that I would have liked some information in the apartment about things like where the nearest grocery store was (but I found it fairly easily), etc.

The facilities were excellent with a wash room which we needed. Easy access to u-bahn and s-bahn via local buses, but you need the MVGO app to pay for tickets. The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Our room was next to the main road, so noisy until late at night, but other rooms face inwards. Would stay again.

Comfortable, clean and Convenient

The Stay is very clean and comfortable, with kitchenettes. The location is close to several groceries, eating spots and several bus lines getting you to areas of Munich quickly. The front staff, especially Greg, were friendly and helpful. Greg showed me how to use the MVV app for local transit. The room was newly refurbished with fresh carpeting, comfortable beds and great shower. The bath had great lighting and the area is quiet. Cons: The internet was weak to non-existant. In a weeks stay, I was able to get on and stay on just twice. I had planned to work some each day so this was an issue, and was both the phone and the laptop. Perhaps it was my room? all the same, in today's age, this needs to be reliable.

Bett ist recht bequem (nicht zu hart) und die Vorhänge haben sehr gut abgedunkelt. Das Zimmer ist für den Außendienstaufenthalt geeignet. Allerdings werde ich hier nicht nochmal buchen, da mein Empfang unfreundlich war. Die automatische Schiebetür ist abends recht schlecht ersichtlich und ich wollte durch eine Nebentür eintreten. Von dem älteren Mann mit schütternem Haar am Tresen, der mich von innen sah, wurde ich wild gestikulierend/leicht aggressiv darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass sich die Schiebetür rechts von mir befand. Es war nach 20 Uhr und nach 5 Stunden Autofahrt empfing er mich dann mit den Worten "Wie schwer kann es denn sein, eine Tür zu finden? Jeder D**p findet die Tür, aber in letzter Zeit machen es alle falsch." Da sollte man sich mal fragen, warum das so ist. So oder so: So behandelt man keinen Gast. Ich blieb sehr freundlich und wurde dann dennoch harsch bedient, weil er sich noch darüber aufregen musste, dass er meine Buchung nicht findet. Dafür kann man als Gast ja auch wenig. Die nächsten Tage hat mich dieser Herr dann immer freundlich zurück gegrüßt. Offensichtlich hatte er vielleicht nur einen schlechten Tag, aber das ist trotzdem nicht ok. An der Stelle: Bitte bedenken Sie, dass man auch als Gast nach 5 Stunden Autofahrt einen schweren Tag haben kann und freundliche Worte manchmal sehr wichtig sind. Die Dame am Telefon und der jüngere Herr am Schalter tagsüber waren immer freundlich.

Gutes Business Hotel in zentraler Lage

Gute Lage am Rand von München mit gutem Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Das Zimmer ist ein bisschen dunkel, hat dafür einen Balkon. Alles ist sauber und das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Das Bett ist groß und bequem. Die Umgebung ist ruhig in der Nacht. Es gibt kein Frühstück aber In der Nähe kann man bei zwei Bäckern lecker frühstücken. Außerdem gibt es mehrere Restaurants.
